Pasadena paws is wonderful. We were lost on what to do with our pups behaviors that began to appear as she was settling into her new home. Barking at everything herding us, and being overly protective of us to name a few. We knew we loved her, but she had become the boss of the house and it was stressful. Megan and Chris were so kind and patient with us and our pup. They taught us many things along with the leadership skills we needed to take back our house and have a stronger healthier bond with our pup. Their love for dogs including ours along with their training methods have made all the difference for us. I highly recommend them.

This is WAAAYYYY overdue!! I have been with Pas Paws for a few years now and I have nothing bad to say about them! They are always accommodating, generous, kind, patient and they care for Murphy extremely well. They have gone over and beyond when he has had issues come up that we needed help with. They love their "clients" and care so much for the lost pups who desperately need love and care. I 100,000x recommend them to care for your bundle of joy. Thanks to the whole team: Megan, Chris, Rebecca and Toni! Murphy loves you!!! I do too. :)

The Pasadena Paws team has transformed our 3 yo cockapoo Addie. Addie has grown in confidence since she joined the pack a couple months ago. She used to fear walks with her tail down and would sit when she saw people coming toward her. We have seen so much growth in her behavior. I love to see her return from her pack walk, kind of like a kindergartener on their first field trip!! Addie recently had her first sleepover with PP and she loved it! Paws Up for Pasadena Paws!

Megan and Chris have taken such good care of our pup over the years and he's not an easy little dude!

After using app-based walk and pet-sitting services, we wanted something more personal for our fur babies - we wanted them to see the same people on a regular basis, and to know that there were professionals who were watching out for their well-being with the same concern as us....we found that and more in The Long Leash. The love they get each day in the form of walks, pets, love and attention priceless, but then you add in The Long Leash special touches and it's beyond incredible: -after each visit, your walker will send personalized messages (with photos!) to you describing your angel's antics and actions (they are eagerly awaited by us everyday, and we promptly forward them to members of our family around the country who now love The Long Leash walkers as much as we do!) -we went on an extended vacation during which our walkers visited multiple times a day (messages after each visit, of course), and upon our return found a "welcome home" bouquet of flowers from our pets (our walkers). Adorable. -on rainy days, our walker takes our dog outside but then brings her in out of the rain to play brain games - she literally comes prepared with indoor fun to entertain and engage our angels even when they can't go outside! -they are experts at special requests and seem to love them and view them as a chance to know your pet better. -last but not least, our walker watches our pets' behavior as if they were her own, and notes any changes in appearance, and any new physical bumps or oddities that may be concerning, and any changes in behavior that we should look out for. I feel like we have another partner in their well-being. I just can't say enough about them - give yourself the joyful gift of The Long Leash in your life, for you and your pet!

I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it's worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

Erika, the owner, is very responsive, knowledgeable and open. We initially met her at a dog park so that our puppy could meet her, her pack and some of the dogs in her daycare. We had never taken our puppy to a dog park and were quite nervous, but she gave us tips and feedback that were helpful. After 30 minutes, we felt confident that he would be well cared for and in the right environment for a high energy puppy like ours to get the mental and physical stimulation he needs. During his stay, I shared with Erika that I was having separation anxiety, and she kindly shared various videos, provided updates and assured me that he was doing well. When we picked him up, he turned back to look at Erika with such appreciation and care that we knew he'd had a blast and felt safe with her. If you are looking for a caring, happy and fun-filled place to leave your beloved pet, The Pawhouse Estate is the perfect location. Their prices are comparable and affordable, and their service is excellent! Highly recommend!

For our first actual walk, after our first "meeting" she came 30 minutes early and apparently knocked on our door. Our neighbors saw her come up and just leave as we were home, making lunch so that we could start our day after. She was so upset we didn't "answer" the door she was about to take off. She reluctantly with full on attitude came back up to "walk" our dogs for our practice run. She walked half way down the street and decided she was going to be late for her next appointment and took off. The funny thing is, when I screen shot the actual appointment time, and how she was 30 minutes early- it was her bad. I even went out of my way for not hearing her knocks. Mind you- we have 3 dogs, that will bark to hearts content if there's someone at the door. I'm sure ALL DOG people know this. She's either a scam artist, and/or a narcissist. She refused to apologize, terminated our account and we wasted a day with plans with our daughter because of her mistaken times. She is irresponsible and pretends to be someone she's not. Our community is very small, so I'm surprised she would try to pull a fast one. She not only wasted our day we planned for our daughter but she also makes me worry about her going into people's homes and caring for their pets. Shame on you! I extended my grace and i apologized for not answering when it was your fault! Good riddance! People- there are way too many great walkers around. I'll be posting the actual text soon!
