That was when I asked why, she didn't seem to state the reason for needing my identification beforehand which was not appreciated, she said it goes to a third party!! not sure why. Before she expressed how she thought my jeans have been washed, I explained to her they have not been by me but since i've been out of town and those jeans have been sitting in my room, someone in my family must have washed them without my knowledge. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. The mother had to consistently call the company for days to try to figure out where the pants were and was given inaccurate tracking information and excuses ("it is father's day weekend" "the carrier is losing many items"). She was assured it would arrive a certain date and it did not over and over again. We did not receive a refund. I would never recommend working with them again.
