We visited on Saturday morning, and although the store wasn't very big, they had plenty of items. Everything was VERY well organized by gender and age. They also had all the upcoming holiday outfits displayed for easier buying. We found a good amount of sets for the impending summer for about $75. The checkout was fairly fast as well, and we were out of there. Take note though: they are a bagless store, so make sure you bring in your bags if you don't do that already!

You get to decide what to bring and how much you want to sell it for. They take a portion of the sales but it's so much better than going to places like buffalo exchange for consignment. I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on yelp. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. The store is located near a Goodwill, so whatever they do not buy, I donate. We brought a gently used toy, but was told that they couldn't find it online to accurately price it (strange since it was a toy from last Christmas). When you drop off your items to sell, you will need your Driver's License. A $5 coupon is printed on the receipt, but it is off the purchase of $25 or more (I had to ask since it didn't say). You can wait there or receive a text when they have reviewed what they would like to buy. The average wait times whenever I drop off items to sell has been at least three hours. You can not leave your items overnight. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. If you want more money for your items, I would not sell here. I prefer not to deal with Facebook marketplace and will continue to come here.

I brought so many different items to go through. And good quality ones too! I brought clothes, toys, NEW baby bath items, play pens. In one bag there was a particular item that was NOT suppose to be in there and taken to the cleaners. Fast forward, it was my turn to be helped and as I walked up to the register not once did she look at me and greeted me but just jumped in and said "um yeah I can't take any of those items because one item had a stain" I proceeded to ask which item? And she said just one of them" i immediately knew what she was talking about since I had to take that practical item to the cleaners. The point of the story is that she did not let me get one word in when I tried to explain that item wasn't suppose to be in there and that's my fault. Every item I brought was in great condition and also NEW items never out of their box. Definitely don't shop here. Very rude girls. There needs to be better communication and customer service. I got there unloaded big and lots of items to just be told 5 min later no. I'm sure they didn't even look through all the items they probably found the item that wasn't suppose to be in there and automatically said no.
