Decent selection of stores, but not too many good restaurants, mainly overpriced chains. There's also an underlying snotty vibe at this mall. It's got Scottsdale vibes but none of the actual glam of Scottsdale. I prefer Chandler mall but will go here when needed. I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on yelp. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. I guess wasn't the same company they're probably use to catering to...which are moms in designer garb and fake tans. Oh well. At least I walked away with a really cute outfit...on sale! :)

In my opinion, they are very, very reasonable. Go and see for yourself! The manager, Kate, is incredibly helpful as well as the other staff she has. I usually only deal with her though. She remembers me not only by my first name but also my last name, which is definitely not a common name. Totally blew me away the first time she did it! I have been buying Naartjie clothing online since my 11-year-old daughter was an infant. I was very excited when we moved to Gilbert and there was a store here. I was so busy shopping that I completely forgot to take pictures which is a first for me! I ended up finding a gorgeous black jacket with beautiful gold trim and it's absolutely stunning. It has that polished elevated look that makes a simple outfit feel luxurious. And apparently I have to go back in a couple months to use the next $75 credit:) even without the credit, this is definitely a store to splurge on something special. What I've discovered now that my son is having his first child, prices have definitely gone up with the same quality. Honestly, you're better off buying it new on Temu or SHEIN. At least is brand new and the prices are way cheaper than the stores. And if you're worried about manufactured in China, then remember everything in your big box stores like Walmart, Target and the Baby stores also get their stuff from China. You're just cutting out the middleman.

The store is located near a Goodwill, so whatever they do not buy, I donate. We brought a gently used toy, but was told that they couldn't find it online to accurately price it (strange since it was a toy from last Christmas). When you drop off your items to sell, you will need your Driver's License. A $5 coupon is printed on the receipt, but it is off the purchase of $25 or more (I had to ask since it didn't say). You can wait there or receive a text when they have reviewed what they would like to buy. The average wait times whenever I drop off items to sell has been at least three hours. You can not leave your items overnight. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. If you want more money for your items, I would not sell here. I prefer not to deal with Facebook marketplace and will continue to come here.
