I drove down from Vegas wearing brand new shoes that did not fit, even though they were sized higher than what I normally wear. My toe pain overtook my apprehension and I dragged my formally slender body inside. Monika came up to me and helped put my mind at ease. She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home. I was so relieved, I went back the next day, on our way out of town and bought another pair that I really wanted and my wife came in and bought herself a pair and sliders. Service was great. Friendly staff that love what they do. Prices were very reasonable, even considering shipping. Just go. Go now. You will not be disappointed.

Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online. But, I did find a pair of shoe laces and I will definitely be back again for my running needs!

Like a lot of people, sometimes life gets to be a little heavy, and I'll joke that I'm doing a little retail therapy. But every time I walk into this Lululemon, I leave feeling lighter than when I came in, and that's because of them. T is absolutely incredible. She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it's really about people. They don't just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. Every single time I leave that store, I feel happier than when I walked in, and I think that's a pretty incredible gift to give someone. I hope they know the difference they make. Employees like T and Angelique are the reason customers come back, and they deserve to be recognized for the care, compassion, and positivity they bring to every interaction.

Unfortunately, my experience at this Lululemon location was not the best. Before coming to the…read morestore, I called three separate times, spacing each call about two hours apart, simply to verify that my package had been delivered and was ready for pickup. As a parent, I wanted to avoid making an unnecessary trip if the package wasn't available. When I arrived, I mentioned that I had called multiple times, and one employee commented to another worker that I had "called a million times." In reality, I only called three times, and I even showed my call log. I found that comment dismissive and unprofessional. What made the situation more frustrating is that it appeared the store phones were not being answered consistently. As a customer trying to confirm an order pickup, I don't feel it was unreasonable to call. Had my package not been there, it would have been a significant inconvenience for me, especially with children. I generally enjoy shopping at Lululemon, but I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service during this experience. I hope management addresses these concerns and reminds employees to treat customers with respect and understanding. (09/09/26) around 8pm.
