Came here to get a healthy smoothie for my teen after her braces were tightened. I was so impressed with the juice, smoothie and food options. The lounge area is decorated well and cozy for relaxing. They have a small library and loaner games you can use while socializing and the music playing in the background is easy going, not annoying. I ordered The Malibu Dream (almond milk, pineapple banana apple chia seed) which is shown on the Yelp menu and not in the store menu but they made it. It's very different taste from the California Dream smoothie (almond milk, pineapple orange apple orange juice). Malibu was more bland and California was more tangy. This review is based off the teas not the service (service was great and kind) I got three drinks: thai tea no boba, honey milk tea with boba, and orange juice. The Thai tea and honey milk tea are extremely watered down and are not sweet at all (and no the ice did not melt yet). The orange juice was okay according to my brother. I send my bf in and it's now another 5 minutes. Now at this point it's 45 minutes over the "ready" notification. Why would you complete the order on your end if it's not ready? I understand that there may be an influx of online orders or what not. But be honest if you're running behind or have a better system because 45 minutes to wait on two items is ridiculous. The point of ordering online is to skip the wait in store. If anything I waited longer than ordering in store. Also, There wasn't any accountability taken on the staffs end. Wow! So I just read the response to the review that was made and am completely surprised. I was there with Jenny during that whole circus of an experience. Although my peanut butter smoothie was on point like my friend said it would be as she took me there for the first time. The service was completely unacceptable. Then to read your response was very disappointing. You start off with an apology then completely turn it around and make it seem like we were somehow roof or not in compliance with the mask laws. Your snide remark about the ten minute wait just refers to the first time you guys messed up the order. Your unaccountable employees must have forgot to tell you about the other 20 minute wait only to find out that we were waiting for nothing. When it was politely addressed two of your workers scrambled and threw together another smoothie that was poorly made and with no peanut butter. I'm sure if we were to stay there another half hour we might have gotten a correct drink but we didn't really have a free day to sit and wait for what what we paid for to be done the first two times. I just got watermelon juice and also I also got a green juice to take home as well - both were phenomenal. I really like the fact that they put the drinks in these little bags that you can carry and they stand up on their own. Also, the little bags are reusable! So you can put any juice or tea or anything you want in them! I also love the decor here! Everything is so cute and set up so nicely.
