I wish they added some sort of creamy sauce to add extra flavor since it tasted too plain for me. The interior is cute and cozy with about 6 tables for people to sit. The menu is bright and tells you exactly what to do, you can build your own bowl, pita wrap, or salad. They also have sandwiches and sides. I went with a build your own bowl. Couscous was my base with chicken shawarma. I added traditional hummus, spicy hummus, a variety of veggies, for sauce grandmas hot sauce and a side of tzatziki and Moroccan hot sauce. We also had a side of sweet potato fries. Starting with the sweet potato fries, those bad boys didn't even make it home. They were deliciously seasoned and so crispy, legit the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. My bowl was a 10/10 everything had so much flavor and the perfect amount of spiciness. If you're not a huge fan of spicy definitely stay away from the hot sauces because they have some heat. The portions were huge, neither of us finished our bowls. Hummus republic is a great addition to the Delaware area. I'll definitely be back.

This is proper NY-style pizza: thin, crispy, and foldable -- the kind of slice that makes you feel like you should be yelling "Yo!" on a Brooklyn sidewalk.
