Couscous was my base with chicken shawarma. I added traditional hummus, spicy hummus, a variety of veggies, for sauce grandmas hot sauce and a side of tzatziki and Moroccan hot sauce. We also had a side of sweet potato fries. Starting with the sweet potato fries, those bad boys didn't even make it home. They were deliciously seasoned and so crispy, legit the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. My bowl was a 10/10 everything had so much flavor and the perfect amount of spiciness. If you're not a huge fan of spicy definitely stay away from the hot sauces because they have some heat. The portions were huge, neither of us finished our bowls. Rather than removing food we did not eat from the bill, the manager offered a gift card for a future visit. We declined because we did not intend to return, yet we were still charged full price for both items. After a 1.5+ hour wait caused by a lost ticket, followed by food that was barely touched and immediately sent back because of the quality, charging full price was disappointing. The appropriate response is simply to make it right for the customer. We paid and still tipped but given their handling of the situation felt compelled to leave the review. Sad to say won't return after being long time customers.
