There need to be times when you flex with the customer, especially when you sold the poor quality product and represented it as seal proof. On top of me being direct but polite, the store manager decided to start an attitude with me, when I was being cordial about their product not working...not me breaking it. We are talking about a sealing jar...pretty basic mechanics. You all should have taken a stand but you didn't. You made an error.
