I did a side by side by side comparison of three different pizza places for Christmas eve and got a medium combo and veggie (no cheese) at each of them all were about same price for the size of pizza. Pudge Bros pizza was average at best. They do give a nice amount of toppings. But it stops there. Crust is bland (even a little floury). Red sauce was nothing to special. Quality of toppings average. This place looks like it's straight out of the 90's and I love it. Just a divey looking pizza joint that I've passed a bunch of times but walking back with my buddy from the nearby dispensary, we decided to drop in for some slices. Now I've criticized the pizza here in WA/Seattle. I still do, nothing has come close to pizza from back east (outside of chains) ... until now. I think I can confidently say this is the best Pizza I've had since moving here, from a non-chain place. Everything just hit - The cheese, the dough, the crust and the slices are big. About $4 a slice, it just tastes like good pizza. Stopped at Pudge Brothers again today. Purchases 2 big slices. The waiting area wa clean and staff was friendly and most importantly the pizza was great. If you're looking for a slice of Pizza this is one of the best places to get one. If your looking or a whole fresh made pizza as far as I'm concerned it doesn't get any better than here. Been there a few times. Slices are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes they're stacked with cheese and toppings and other times are a bit skimpy. Their cheesy bread is pretty delicious. I wish they would add pepperoni on it, because their normal pizza tends to be too thin for me and usually doesn't have as much cheese as I'd like. It's pretty standard for the area. read more

After an hour of waiting (my bad), I called the restaurant to ask what was taking so long. The restaurant never received my initial Postmates order. I ordered from this place a couple of times as my colleague did for a late student get together at UW using Door Dash. Last week I called Pudge Bros. beforehand to let them know we needed extra paper plates and cheese packets. The person who answered berated me for calling then as my order was not even until after 3pm when they receive the Door Dash orders. I waited outside for delivery at 3:30 only to find out from Door Dash that Pudge Bros. had cancelled as they closed early!! Make of this what you will, but I will never use Pudge Bros. again. I ordered Hawaiian pizza I waited an hour and it was very mediocre and over priced especially for the quality. Cold and rubbery, reminded me of cafeteria pizza from middle school. The Pudge Brothers really love their Valpak coupons. They might even hand you one from the stack conveniently located next to the cash register while you're trying to study the menu because they think the coupon menu is super easy to read! I've gotten pizza from them a couple of times, and it's been pretty good. For about $20 you can get a giant (by my standards, apparently not by Pullman standards) pizza and they did skip the cheese and meat when I requested it, so that worked out really well. (Some companies seem to not realize that some people mean it when they say "no cheese" or assume that we want vegan cheese.... bad assumption!) Not the Best Pizza Ever, but definitely a solid pizza joint and great for plenty of people because they offer (cheesey) slices. On top of the fact that their pizza isn't great (Not even frozen pizza is horrible so I can't say that about, but it is for sure one of the worst I've had from a non-chain), the people that work there are horribly rude and downright jerks. Even the positive reviews for their food (which I don't understand) say the service is mediocre at best and quite frequently the people that work here are rude. I was with a friend that ordered from them and I went alone to pick it up. While we waited in the car in the back parking lot the ignition was left on and my battery in my car died. I have one of those portable batteries used for charging phones and such, as well as jumpstarting a car. Well, it was dead. But all it needs is 7-8 mins charge and it'll produce enough energy to start a car. So I went in by myself to ask if I could just plug this device in for 10 mins tops and the first guy I spoke to looked at me like I was asking for him to give me the shirt off his back before saying, "I don't know, man... " so he yelled to the bearded redhead guy and he came around the corner already shaking his head 'no'. What they didn't know is my friend had just ordered and paid and they told him to wait just a few mins and it'd be ready.. well, the redhead said because of the quarantine order absolutely no one was allowed in the lobby for even a few seconds..which is a lie! We own a business and can have take out orders but no one can dine in.. people can wait as their order is complete. I told him I'd wait outside, I wasn't even intending on waiting inside anyway. He reluctantly said 'fine!' with such an attitude that I didn't even wanna be there anymore. I went next door to the Frame Store and they were super cool about it.. and when I told them about the jerks the guys next door were they said they already knew... first hand and from customer accounts. Will NEVER order anything from them, and neither will my friend that was with me, along with anyone else we know. Hey Pudge Bros... I know it has to kinda suck being at work during these times especially when you're not busy or making any money, but you don't have to treat people like crap!
