I really liked the ambiance sitting inside on a nice day and the windows open. Unfortunately they don't have many vegetarian options, which isn't entirely their fault as Peruvian cuisine generally involves more fish and meat. Their sauces were very tasty including the spicy sauce which we asked for on the side. Our servers were very nice and helped walk us through the menu, but the time to get our dishes was very long.

We made a reservation for a weeknight dinner at Pucquio to celebrate a family birthday, and it was really special. We prefer outdoor seating, so it was nice to have the option, especially accommodating our senior dog. The service was exceptional - Kevin was our server, and we got to meet the owner as well. Kevin was really memorable, going above and beyond us to make us feel welcome and tended to. We started with the cebiche and chicharron, and for mains, we split the lomo saltado, aji de gallina, and adobo de chancho. Everything was super flavorful! My favorites were the cebiche - super bright flavors - and aji de gallina - I could eat that every day. For dessert, we tried their fried dough, which was a bit sour for our taste but super interesting. The menu is pricey, so we would come for special occasions, but we would be so thrilled to enjoy their stellar food and service again.

Amazing food. Kind staff. It's a smaller space so good for intimate dinners. Ordered the steak and eggs-drool worthy! Recommend reservations due to the small space.

I recently went to Pucquio with a friend and I was blown away with the food quality! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly waiter who seated us at the bar. From this vantage point we were able to see the kitchen where we saw the cooks putting in a great amount of detail for each dish. We ended up starting with the pulpo a la parilla which was excellent and well balanced. The squid ink yuca paired well with the octopus. For my main, I went with the aji de gallina which is a chicken stew. This dish had an excellent complex flavor that kept me wanting to come back for more. My friend got the squid ink seafood rice which was also super tasty. I give this place top marks for attention to detail and food quality. The server was also very nice and really funny. I will say that our food took awhile to come out, but I would that it was due to a small kitchen staff who puts great detail on each dish. This a great restaurant and I'm excited to try more dishes in the future!

Date was a huge success. My husband saw this place on Check Please Bay Area, and we drive by it all the time. I'm totally thrilled we actually went. The food was fantastic, the people running the place absolutely lovely.

We've driven by this place 1000 times and finally stopped by and it will now be in our regular rotation. It was the best parts of going to a fantastic restaurant and going to a friend's house for dinner (if your friend is an amazing Peruvian chef...we should all be so lucky). The food was bursting with flavor, color and generally good vibes. Our server was the consummate host and gave wonderful advice on food and wine. Since we walked in without a reservation and they were booked, we were seated outside in the parket and while I'm not a parklet enthusiast, this one was top notch including individual heaters you control via an app accessible by a QR code. Since I'm always cold and my wife always hot, this saved the evening. Everything we tired was delightful with a special shoutout to the shrimp and to the pork shoulder. There are many wonderful places to eat on College Ave and Pucquio is at the top of the list.

A front row seat by the kitchen watching Chef Carlos & his team whip up fabulous Peruvian food at Pucquio. We feasted on ceviche, pork belly, and braised pork shoulder, accompanied by some incredible wines. For dessert, vermouth on the rocks with a twist. Service was top notch too!

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with my girlfriend. Each dish was tasty & creatively presented. Cebiche de Troucha (trout) was outstanding & highly recommended. Pulpa a la Parilla (octopus) very tasty, Arroz con Mariscos (Peruvian take on Paella), & Adobo de Chancho (braised pork); all so tasty. Finished the meal with Beignets. Yummy!!!

A 3.5 is more accurate. Came on a Saturday evening for a birthday dinner with a small group of friends. We had a reservation so we were seated promptly indoors when we arrived. The venue is very small and intimate but they have additional seating outside if you need more space. On this night they were packed, every table inside was full. Our waiter was quite busy (he was the host, server, and runner all in one), but he was extremely kind and personable. When we let him know we were there for a birthday he gave us complementary glasses of champagne. He was also really helpful and answered all of our questions. However, because there was only one server, the service was admittedly very very slow. We placed our orders and did not receive our entrees until an hour and a half later. In the meantime, we sipped our champagne. I ordered the Arroz Con Mariscos and enjoyed it. The squid ink rice was briny and delicious. All of the seafood was perfectly cooked. The only thing that would've made it better to me would've been a bit of acid (like a squeeze of lemon juice). Overall, it's a nice place and I'd consider coming back, but not when I'm really hungry because the wait for our food was brutal lol.

Came here for my husbands birthday - everything was delicious. Got the octopus, one of the ceviches, the Peruvian paella, and a pisco sour. The server was so friendly and funny too. I liked the outside parklet spot, very private! I recommend making a reservation, it's a small place. Can't wait to come back!

The standout of the night was Javier C. He appeared to be doing the work of multiple people--serving tables, tending the bar, and even helping clear and reset tables. Throughout the evening, he remained attentive, professional, friendly, and efficient. He consistently checked on guests and ensured everyone had what they needed. Unfortunately, many of the other servers seemed disengaged. Several appeared more focused on standing around and repeatedly wiping menus than assisting guests or checking on their tables. As a result, Javier seemed to be carrying much of the workload himself while other team members were noticeably inattentive. Limon is fortunate to have an employee like Javier. His work ethic, sense of urgency, and dedication to customer service set an excellent example. I hope management recognizes his efforts and encourages the rest of the team to follow his lead. Javier was the reason our dining experience remained positive despite the lackluster service from much of the rest of the staff.

From the moment I sat down, the warm glow of the dining room, lively energy, and inviting aromas drifting from the kitchen set the tone for an exceptional evening. The cocktails were outstanding. The Ojos Así was beautifully balanced, with bright, refreshing notes layered over deeper, more complex flavors that unfolded with each sip. Its vibrant presentation and fragrant aroma made it as enjoyable to admire as it was to drink. Equally impressive was the Y El Hombre Caimán, a bold and expertly crafted cocktail bursting with character, combining rich flavors and a silky texture while remaining remarkably approachable. Both were the kind of cocktails that make you slow down, savor every sip, and appreciate the artistry behind them. For the main course, the Costilla Negra was the star of the table. Perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy, the short rib featured a beautifully caramelized exterior that gave way to tender, flavorful meat. Each bite delivered a satisfying balance of richness and refinement, while the thoughtfully plated accompaniments added contrasting textures and complementary flavors that elevated the dish even further. What truly elevated the experience was the service. Rhi, tending bar, was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the cocktail program. Her recommendations were spot on and added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. She is a true master at her craft. Jackie, our server, was equally fantastic--warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel like valued guests throughout the meal. Parche combines exceptional Colombian cuisine, creative cocktails, and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Between the vibrant atmosphere, beautifully presented dishes, and memorable flavors, it's the kind of place that reminds you why dining out can be such a joy. I will absolutely be returning. The employee quickly greeted me, and provided me with a menu when I told her I would be ordering takeout. They conveniently have two menus one vegetarian menu and one regular menu. I'd seen plenty of reviews on the anticuchos, aka the beef heart skewers, and I thought I would live a little and give it a try. I also ordered the lomo saltado, which is thinly cut steak served with vegetables rice and French fries. While I was waiting for my food, I could not help but appreciate the interior of this restaurant. This place is designed exceptionally well. This would be a perfect atmosphere for a lunch/dinner date or to meet friends. I was utterly amazed at the interior and ambiance of this restaurant. The food was prepared in about 10 minutes, and the entire time I could smell the delicious and mesmerizing aromas coming from the kitchen. I regretted getting my food to go because those savory scents made me want to dig into the food as soon as it came out. Once I finally got enjoy the food, my only two regrets were: 1. Why didn't I order more menu items ? 2. Why haven't I tried this place earlier? The anticuchos was marinated and cooked to perfection. Beef heart is not something you see on a menu often and a lot of places that serve it tend to overcook it which causes it to be overly tough and chewy. You only get one skewer for this order, but there is a good amount of beef on that one skewer. This dish is served with sliced potatoes that added a nice textural balance to the dish. The sauce they serve it with is a bit spicy, so test it out first before bathing your food in it. The anticuchos is probably not for everyone, as beef heart has a slight iron like taste to it that some people might not like if they are not accustomed to it. The lomo saltado was pretty tasty, however I thought there was far too much rice and not enough steak and vegetables compared to most places I've gotten this dish in the past. The rice was your typical white rice, nothing special. But the beef and vegetables were seasoned nicely and cooked to perfection. Price wise, this restaurant is not cheap but not overly expensive. For the two dishes I got, it came out to around $42 not including gratuity. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Peruvian food and/or is looking for a place with a nice ambiance to enjoy a meal alone, a dare, or friends/family. I will definitely be returning and checking out some of their other menu items.
