Everything was good but I could tell she must have been new because she seemed a little nervous. I told her I wanted to upgrade my order to a large for the .79 they advertise. When she was done taking my order, I asked her to repeat it back to me just to be sure it was right. It was perfect except she said a regular fry and a large drink. I told her I wanted to upgrade the fries and drink for the .79 cents as advertised on the menu. She got a little flustered and ended up getting a manager (Jordan) I told the manager I didn't understand the confusion, I just wanted to upgrade my combo for the .79 cents is states on the menu (I pointed to the giant menu where is says upgrade to a large for .79 cents) She says "to upgrade the fries it's .55 cents and to upgrade the drink it's .40 cents" Well, that's .95 cents when I went to school. I asked her where the .79 cents came into effect. She said, "well they must not have updated the menu yet". WHAT???? The stores been open for a month or so. How many customers have the stolen from with the bait and switch technique? I know .16 cents isn't a lot but it's the principle. If they sell 100 "upgrades" per day, that an additional $16 they make taking advantage of the customer. Using these selling techniques, I'm not sure I'll go back.
