Basically half the menu - The image shows a restaurant table set with Indian dishes, including naan bread in a bowl, grilled vegetables with sauces, and a plate of sliced meat with garnishes. There are also small bowls of sauces and drinks, with a dark textured table and red chairs in the background.

So excited that Cullman has gotten such a gem to go to for tapas! We tried over half of the small plates and they were all great. I could eat the dates everyday. The cocktails were inventive and some of the best I have had anywhere. Our server was friendly and attentive. The space itself is beautiful. Highly recommend for date night or for a girls wine night!

Whipped sheep cheese and Baked Oysters - A dining table features a plate of oysters topped with sauce and garnished with lemon wedges, a dessert with caramel drizzle and small fruit, a glass of red wine, a glass of water, and a bowl of bread. The table is made of wood and is set near a window, with a smartphone and utensils placed on a napkin.

However you can buy a "3 flight" wine tasting or a "6 flight" wine tasting from a specific list of white wines or red wines. We ordered the "6 flight" consisting of 3 whites and 3 reds to taste. We liked the ability to choose the wines from the list. We also ordered a caprese crostini tray to nibble on while we tasted the wines. Most of the wines were "OK" to "Good" in taste with a couple of wines that a bit too young for tasting. But it was my mistake for selecting them. All in, it was a fun way to spend the Erving. We will definitely be back to try The Stem and Stein once again. Thanks. Rob F

I even branched off for a cider which was delicious. The food was great. I tried the pretzels and the cheese dip was great with just a touch of spice. I was told the menu was new and tried the BBQ brisket Reuben and it was a great combo of BBQ and complimentary flavors for an overall satisfying sandwich... Always hard to find the combo of good beers (or at least a really good selection) and good food but this is it. I added this to my list of places when I'm visiting.... I'm usually in Huntsville but it's worth branching out to Madison AL

First, they are super friendly when you come in and are exceptionally helpful the entire time you're in the store. Obviously the name says it all, but there is more to it than just olive oils. A huge selection of balsamic vinegar to go along with BBQ seasoning/sauces among many other things. Don't worry, there isn't any buying w/o sampling. And, with COVID concerns they are over the top cautious about how samples are handed out. All sorts of varieties that include peppers and seasonings with some of the best balsamic choices including fruits and berries (Check out the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic). Cool place to get some new things to spice up your normal cooking. I'd recommend to anyone and definitely plan on coming back to sample .... I mean buy some more items.

Blood orange olive oil, blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar, I mean you can legit put this stuff in a cup and drink it. Customer service is phenomenal. You can choose a sample size or small to large bottles, or grab a prepared sample pack. It's great for yourself and for gifts. Really classy establishment which is just one more reason to take pride in Broad St. and downtown Gadsden.
