There is no manager on this property and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone either. We had someone run into our door and couldn't access our unit for over a month. They didn't give us any discount for the inability to use our unit or access our unit either. Apparently they don't pay the company they use for maintenance in a timely manner so he refused to do the work. This place is a Sh** hole! DO NOT rent here. The people that work here are liars nor do they actually care about anything besides playing their phone games behind the desk. Before we put out stuff in here, we requested a bug bomb. Not like that made a difference. I come here monthly and this month was FILLED with spider webs and eggs. Oh and water damage to EVERYTHING that was touching the ground. Insurance or not, i didn't put this in storage to have to replace it or throw it out. This place is garbage. They will tell you any lie to make a buck. Oh! And like another reviewer also mentioned, my contract agreement said I would be be paying $55 but one day I received a notice in the mail that said the payment was changed to $73 a month. When I called thinking it was just a mistake... no, it was not to my surprise. They said they "reevaluate their market value" each year and the price can change. -- Personally they should re-evaluate their upkeep in their building construction and their thought process with pricing if they want to keep or gain any customers. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. They are TERRIBLE!!! I moved in Oct. '19 at a rate of 50 dollars/month. 3 months later they raised my rent to $73/month and basically told me to deal w it or move out. Fast forward to July: I call at the beginning of the month to schedule a move-out for the middle of the month, at which time I ask how much will the prorated amount be? Do not go here. I stored here for 6 months, each month they raised my bill. I started out paying 60 dollars a month, by the last month I was paying 90 a month! I scheduled a move out and it was confirmed. I moved out on my move out day and then received a message EVERY SINGLE DAY for 8 days stating my payment was late! Had to speak to FIVE different people to get it resolved. This place is a complete fucking joke. They will continue to try and take your money even after you no longer store there. Each person I spoke to said oh well you did speak to someone but you stopped replying before they could finish the process. First of all, they confirmed that I moved out. That should be enough. This is one of the worst storage facilities in the area. They had set of break ins to find out a lot of their facilities do not have surveillance cameras. Then after over $4,000.00 is stolen from our unit they don't even say anything. Two weeks later we get a rent increase over $100.00 a month!! You can't even get the district manager to call you back!! They are only after the profit and nothing else!! read more

I took advantage of their $33 per month for a 5x8 closet, but when I arrived I found that there is an insurance premium of $11 due on top of that, then my unit was only 5' x 7' and has water on the floor every time it rains, and by the end of my first month it cost me $130, which is about $100 more than was budgeted. The girl at the counter was very kind though, and was the only reason I removed my tools intead of going ballistic. lesson learned read more

I am giving 5 stars for Gabby, who is wonderful to work with as a person but lied about there not being any issues with roaches...the units, I give 3 stars, as this place is run down and could use a make over with tighter perimeter security...some of the fencing in the back has gaps that a person can get through, the gate that lets you in, stays open for quite a long time after you drive through...a few lights were burned out and the back storage, climate controlled which is like the fan option on a persons thermostat at home, where it circulates the current air temperature is in need of a new light switch control as this one is malfunctioning...the unit I had for two days, I sprayed with home defense the first night and came back the next day to place a shelf and saw a few dead roaches...didnt want dead roaches in my belongings, so I pulled out and went with plan 2...the units could be caulked and cleaned from spider webs as she does state that this place is like her second home...she is conscientious of trash that is lying around...all in all...The place needs fixin and the lies need repenting...up front, no hidden fees are a must... read more
