I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more! If there were more stars I would give them! Thank you Jeff! You made the process easy and we're great with my daughter!

Always smells like cigarette smoke, I believe someone lives in one of the units. And every attendant that does work there if you can ever catch one there, has major attitude issues for no reason.
