We are in the process of selling our current home and building a new one and were in need of…read morestorage fast! My husband spoke with Robyn on the phone about pricing and units--I went and looked at the units. Chose one and filled out the paperwork and we were all set! She is a wonderful person to work with and was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating! The facility is very well kept and she took a lot of time to show me our unit, show me how to use it and to have all my paperwork together and easy to store. She was very helpful and made me feel confident that we made a great decision in renting from A Storage Inn. We feel that the facility is in a safe and nice area and we feel that our household of belongings will be safe and sound until they come back home! Robyn lives very near by and is available 24/7 if there is a safety or other concern at the storage facility. We also find it very convenient that all of the units are drive-up and we are quickly able to unload are vehicles and will have a very quick clean out when our house is complete. It is a great value and the experience of working with this company has been great! We would use their services again in the future and would recommend A Storage Inn to our friends and family.

On top of having no customer support, they require you to come into the office to sign off if you refuse the mandatory insurance and then conveniently never have an attendant in the office. I hate to give negative reviews. It makes me sad. We had a storage unit that kept going up in…read moreprice and not by a small amount. With this economy, we couldn't keep up with it. Now there were 3 people using the unit and there was some miscommunication about who was paying. This is our fault. Unfortunately, they auctioned off the locker for a grand $40.00. There was something irreplaceable in there. It was a painting of my sons' sister who passed from cancer about 10 years ago. She was 15. All 3 kids were teenagers. It is the only thing we are trying to track down. We couldn't get ahold of anyone for days. Then when we did they transferred us to their call center. They aren't able to help. Called again and got vmail. Left a message and got a call back. The man was very nice. I explained to him the situation. Asked that he possibly contact the buyer and give them our contact information to see if they have the painting. He said he would see what can be done and contact the district manager and call me the next morning because he is only there for 2 hours each day in the mornings. We had hope. He did not call back. Now unknown to me my daughter in law had already tried to contact the district manager but did not receive a response back. We posted all over Facebook and 2 people said they had seen the painting and someone was trying to find the owner. They didn't remember what group it was though. I called and left another message explaining that whoever purchased the locker was trying to find the owner of the painting on FB. Hoping for a call back tomorrow. We take responsibility. We are just devastated at the lack of empathy and humanity we have been shown.

Last time I went got tired of the wait and left and went to Lowe's and just did an exchange. They seem to be very busy and propane customers may have less priority.
