Here are some thoughts…read more.. --I did everything in the U-Haul app, pretty easy and convenient. --About two hours before our 11am pickup, we got a text that our rental truck wasn't going to be returned on time, so they moved our pickup time back to 12:45pm. --We called and tried (unsuccessfully) to locate another truck in the area. Donna was helpful. --We happened to drive by shortly before 11 (on our way to my daughter's storage facility) and noticed a couple of 10' trucks parked out front, so I called and they said "Yes, we have one available. You can pick it up now." --When I got there, Donna got me in and out pretty quick. They had four 10' trucks sitting in the lot! --My truck looked good on the outside, but the shocks were completely shot. --Less than $40 for a one day 10' truck rental with furniture dolly. Overall, I would only marginally recommend in a pinch. Not super organized or communicative.

They communicated every step of the way, and even with an overfilled schedule - took the time and delicacy needed to move my secretary without a scratch on it. Literally. They didn't over charge, and cost much less than others I reached out to in general. Very transparent on cost and easy to work with. It was a rainy, muggy, and windy day -- and this didn't affect their efficiency of work whatsoever. So, if you need a moving company that won't try to overcharge you, communicates well and with transparency, and shows up to get the job done - no matter rain or shine - these are your guys!

My package never arrived, and when I contacted UPS, I expected at least a level of concern, accountability, and effort to resolve the issue. Instead, what I encountered was dismissiveness and indifference. I was walked through the steps providing reassurance that my lost items would be located or compensated for, I was made to feel as though my situation did matter. Later to find out that it did not. Someone falsely filled out paperwork for me to receive a refund for much less than what I paid to have my now lost item mailed. Losing a package is already frustrating, but what makes this experience worse is the way it was handled. As a customer, I rely on UPS to not only deliver items safely but also to take responsibility when something goes wrong. In my case, there was no sense of urgency, no empathy, and lastly no return phone call to explain why he chose to rip me off.

When asked for the records she denied she could even provide them to occupant on lease . She later recanted and ADMITTED the knowing about mice issue on the grounds . Now that I have spoken up with extreme frustration due to the unit being infested I am being sent a 30 day vacate . Very unsettling that after a YEAR nothing was an issue only once I started speaking up about the facilities being nasty and speaking to other customers that also noticed mice feces as well. We moved our belongings from a very clean house to this storage unit when moving. We left that…read morestorage unit for 7 months. When it came time for moving day we paid for a U-Haul and paid movers to move our belongings to our new home. When they showed up asphalt was being poured right in front of our unit. We were told there were signs posted as a warning. The signs posted said the weekend before. We paid all of that for nothing with no money back. When we were finally able to move our belongings we found several mice and nests mice have made. This was utterly disgusting and ruined my sons toys, stuffed animals, and a leather couch. We contacted the property manager about this situation with mice and were told there was nothing to be done because we didn't get insurance. Absolutely disgusted with this facility. We put mice traps in our newly built home due to some of our belongings in the garage from the unit and our trap have caught mice. We may now be infested at our new home. This is a warning to anyone looking to store their belongings to never consider this place. Completely unprofessional and no compensation for our belongings or the U-Haul and movers we paid for.
