Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. This is what I told them. "Hey I'll be honest we can have a discussion about the review however I'm talking to corporate and I've shared my experiences honestly. You guys made excuses and continue to make excuses on why your driver dumped a pile in my driveway. And than blamed us. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant or tolerable and I will continue sharing my experiences as I attempted to allow you guys to fix it. And you guys wanted to sell me another dumpster. None of this experience has been pleasant and it's been pulling teeth to get you guys to fix your mess up which realistically was addressed at 1pm it could have been handled by the end of day easily. Than when out of excuses blamed maggots in the trash... like uh yeah it's trash.. than now you guys are calling my phone refusing to talk to me but trying to get my wife to remove my post. Look man. You guys dropped the ball and as of right now the one star rating is better than the service I've received." Noting but issues and now we have to wait 5 days for them to fix the pile they left in my driveway and doubt they'll do it as they hinted if I don't remove it they might not help. She never said he was for protection, she said he acts that way because it's him being protective. He wasn't in a rage. He has a big bark and doesn't like strangers, so can be intimidating, but he was let out to go potty, not to bark at you. A dog barking is no reason to call for threats of shooting, period. And I stated my review was here to inform people of your unhinged threats, not to comment on your work. Your work AND how you show up as a person both reflect on your business, and I think it's important for people to know this happened before choosing to hire you, especially if they or their neighbors have animals who don't behave to your standards.
