I would give zero stars if I could. My experience started positively. Communication was great. However, the driver arrived and attempted to place the dumpster, scratching up my driveway before deciding he was unable to place it after all. These people are brokers who subcontract their jobs and scam people just looking to make extra money for jobs that aren't completed. Wanted to rent a dumpster as we are doing some home renovation and partial demolition. Ordered the dumpster from these guys a month in advance. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, they subcontracted the job to Waste Management who tried to deliver the dumpster. The driver didn't even attempt to drop the dumpster on our driveway and said that he couldn't do it because he would have to pull his truck onto my neighbors driveway across the street which he can't do for liability reasons but that he could have done it with a smaller truck. That was the only thing the driver told us. He drove off and left after not even trying to drop the dumpster and we were contacted by the rental office saying we owed an additional $150 because in the contract it says they charge for a failed delivery attempt. They tried to claim that the reason they were charging for the failed delivery is that dumpster wouldn't fit our driveway despite us having rented a dumpster of this size before. But the driver literally pulled in, told us he couldn't do it without pulling into the neighbors driveway, and left. The failed attempt was on his end and it wasn't even truly an attempt as he didn't even try to get the dumpster off the truck. The failed attempt had nothing to do with us on our end yet they were persistent that we had to pay this extra fee. They were ignorant and deliberately kept me on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes thinking I would hang up. Customer service was completely incompetent as well and don't care about anything except what puts more money in their pocket. These are greedy scammers who are thieves that just want to make a quick extra buck. Save yourselves a lot of trouble and rent your dumpsters through somebody else. read more

One star had to be checked or they wouldn't allow the review, but it was awful. I told them where to drop the dumpster and to have the driver call me when on way to the site, so that I could meet him there. Minimally to call when at the site. I worked out with the scheduler to let me have the dumpster placed on an unused utility road. This should have been conveyed to the driver and someone at the office confirmed it was in the notes. I tried to call twice on that day, was there from before 8am. After over two house of waiting for someone to answer the phone, calling many times and holding long times before auto hang ups, someone answered to tell me not to worry, all this was put in the notes and the driver is instructed to call you. They confirmed my number and assured I would hear back from the driver, so I need not wait. But the driver didn't drop the dumpster there and claimed that I said to drop it in the back, which I never did. In addition, the office is charging me a $150 'drop failure' fee, even though there is no proof whatever that he even tried to call. No numbers came through at that time, with missed calls and no voice mails left on that day at all. So this driver was neglectful and didn't read the notes and the office is a rubber stamper, (i.e. Yes mam, we always charge this fee and it doesn't matter the circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they dropped my dumpster off with agiant hole in the bottom AND about 3 feet of cement and debris from the last job. I took pictures and sent them in and they told me they would note this in case I was over on weight. I ended up not filling the dumpster so I went with it. A month later I get a text message (yes a text) saying they were charging me $86 for being over on weight. I wasn't allowed to text back so I spent 40 minutes on hold only for the person to literally hang up on me when I explained what had happened. I emailed billing and never heard back, then they charged my card with only a $20 discount for the debris which would have been the only reason my dumpster was over weight. The next day I spent another hour on hold and was told that basically they looked at a picture, guess how much the cement weighed and decided $20 was a good enough discount. So they charged me $66 without my authorization for a dumpster I did not even fill up. Absolute scam, you are better off going with a bigger company that is more accountable and trustworthy. Do not rent from this company. I never leave bad reviews cause i know wat it could do to a business. But this company is over charging on a weight limit for the dumpster i did not fill. I rented the a small dumpster and filled it with empty plastic flower pots. Old curtains. A broken table from Menards, old buckets. And other small items. I almost regretted renting it cause there was nothing in the dumpster that added up to wat they charge. Always take a picture when renting a dumpster. Cause you never know when they might try to overcharge a weight limit, which they only tell you about after it reached the landfill. They should have weighted and informed me at the dumpster location when the dispatchers get it before it reaches the landfill. By the time it reaches the landfill its almost impossible to get an accurate weight limit cause they have consolidated other dumpsters into yours and charge everyone they rented dumpsters to that month with no proof of weight of your own dumpsters. read more
