Unreliable service…read more I get it....trash and garbage removal are not glamorous jobs and the large vehicles used for the job are expensive to acquire and maintain. However, WM perhaps needs to understand that under its many contractual obligations, their paying customers couldn't possibly care less about the company's "problems". On the scheduled service date, customers want their refuse removed with minimal disruption. WM can't always see to get that straight...yes, there are holidays and the company does a good job of advising customers of the days when service will be delayed due to an observed holiday; however, when the service includes yard waste removal and for several scheduled pick-up dates there's no pick up, well, any reasonable man can understand why customers would be 1) seeking an alternate source for the services or 2) calling WM to ask what their flimsy excuse is this time for their failure to perform as promised or to give them a well-deserved earful . Bigger has, unfortunately, not meant better for this company.

I hope he did a great job for my sister's neighbor, but I wouldn't want an unhinged person who threatens to shoot innocent animals working on my property. Edit: correct, I was not there, but I spend a lot of time with my sister and her dog. He is a beloved pet, not a guard animal. She never said he was for protection, she said he acts that way because it's him being protective. He wasn't in a rage. He has a big bark and doesn't like strangers, so can be intimidating, but he was let out to go potty, not to bark at you. A dog barking is no reason to call for threats of shooting, period. And I stated my review was here to inform people of your unhinged threats, not to comment on your work. Your work AND how you show up as a person both reflect on your business, and I think it's important for people to know this happened before choosing to hire you, especially if they or their neighbors have animals who don't behave to your standards. They were on the garden side - which isn't part of the request. THEN they said the gate wasn't wide enough that they needed more than 5 feet with the equipment. Do not waste your time! When asked to move so an employee could park in our designated area, they responded with curse words and violent hand gestures. When they did decide to leave, they flipped me off out the window and a customer in our parking lot thought it was to them. Tried to call - never got through to anyone. Overall Janky looking truck, disgusting public urination from an extremely rude driver and would never ever consider using your service.

The phone was always busy, or it rang to voice saying what their hours were, and to call back if I called within those hours. I cannot find that review, however; I was informed via email that MANY people had looked at my post because I had included a picture from my phone of the number of calls with this company's name. I called Tues 1/19 and miraculously got through on the 19th call. I wanted to know if they were picking up that day since they did NOT pick up on the prior Friday which is my schedule. She said they were going to. This company is being held together by a lick and prayer; and they have continually gotten worse and worse. They do not use their social media to update their clients of any problems, scheduling differences, when they ARE coming, you just have to just keep filling your can and putting it out praying they will come (either on Tues or Friday). Tuesday 1/19 after I got off the phone w/the young woman, I called another company to set up business with them, and have called Bob's 65 times today 2/21/21. SIXYTY-FIVE times. It is either busy or it goes to voice telling the hours, or it rings to either the 9th or 10th ring and then starts a busy signal. I wrote a letter on 1/19/21 and mailed it advising them of cancelling my service and requesting a refund. I have posted on their Facebook page the same information probably six times; I have now included that same information in comment areas so they cannot delete my posts. I have messaged them through Facebook and they have not responded. They are incapable of running a business with working equipment, and their personnel who do the pickups have had to stop in front of my home to fix their truck at least once. If you look at their Facebook page you will see nothing but complaint after complaint; I have tried to work with them for this past quarter and find it impossible; have cancelled service, asked for a refund and am unable to get through to this company through any medium. Do NOT do service with these people, and if you do, do not complain about it, because it will not change nor will it improve, it will get worse just as mine has.
