I wish he would have let it drain out, but he did not. This was also not our first dumpster, and the other companies we've used never charged us an overage fee. Very disappointing when you spend over $500 for a dumpster. We will not be using them again. It also looks like this has happened to others, according to the reviews.

I called to have it picked up and they, in their own words "forgot" to pick it up. They have tons of extra charges for YOU, the customer. My vacation is over, im back to work, they still have not picked up this dumpster. My RING camera is catching people going thru it, dumping things in it. I kept calling and telling them im concerned, this dumpster is still here, can you PLEASE come get it. I told them look, you are gonna charge me if the trash is over the line, if it weighs too much etc...but im telling you to come get this thing, i cant babysit this dumpster. He says oh no problem dont worry about it, i got you. So fast forward a MONTH later, they charge me 100 bucks for the weight being 100lbs over. A hundred lbs...not a thousand, but a hundred. I call and say hey, this very concern i had whwn you guys left it at my house for 10 extra days....is now happening. You assured me i would have nothing to worry about because you are the one who forgot about it...but now, theyre telling us too bad, thats your problem we can dump it at your house as long as we want. I spoke to 2 peoole who said oh well, too bad. Im so frustrated at this....i understand fees and things involved w this...but when we are done w the dumpster and you all admitted to forgetting it at our house for an additional 10 days and im telling you i cant babysit this thing, people are dumping in it come get this thing!! For you to hold me responsible for your negligence is unacceptable and bad business. They are not accredited w the BBB!! BEWARE OF THESE GUYS...USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

A man working for this company just threatened to shoot my sister's dog, who was barking at him…read morefrom the safety of his fenced in yard that he cannot escape. My sister went out to bring her dog in when he didn't calm down, which is when the man said to bring "that thing" inside or else he would shoot him. For being a dog. I hope he did a great job for my sister's neighbor, but I wouldn't want an unhinged person who threatens to shoot innocent animals working on my property. Edit: correct, I was not there, but I spend a lot of time with my sister and her dog. He is a beloved pet, not a guard animal. She never said he was for protection, she said he acts that way because it's him being protective. He wasn't in a rage. He has a big bark and doesn't like strangers, so can be intimidating, but he was let out to go potty, not to bark at you. A dog barking is no reason to call for threats of shooting, period. And I stated my review was here to inform people of your unhinged threats, not to comment on your work. Your work AND how you show up as a person both reflect on your business, and I think it's important for people to know this happened before choosing to hire you, especially if they or their neighbors have animals who don't behave to your standards. That's all.

Late 2020 I wrote a review HERE where I had called this business 89 times in two days. EIGHTY NINE…read moreTIMES. The phone was always busy, or it rang to voice saying what their hours were, and to call back if I called within those hours. I cannot find that review, however; I was informed via email that MANY people had looked at my post because I had included a picture from my phone of the number of calls with this company's name. I called Tues 1/19 and miraculously got through on the 19th call. I wanted to know if they were picking up that day since they did NOT pick up on the prior Friday which is my schedule. She said they were going to. This company is being held together by a lick and prayer; and they have continually gotten worse and worse. They do not use their social media to update their clients of any problems, scheduling differences, when they ARE coming, you just have to just keep filling your can and putting it out praying they will come (either on Tues or Friday). Tuesday 1/19 after I got off the phone w/the young woman, I called another company to set up business with them, and have called Bob's 65 times today 2/21/21. SIXYTY-FIVE times. It is either busy or it goes to voice telling the hours, or it rings to either the 9th or 10th ring and then starts a busy signal. I wrote a letter on 1/19/21 and mailed it advising them of cancelling my service and requesting a refund. I have posted on their Facebook page the same information probably six times; I have now included that same information in comment areas so they cannot delete my posts. I have messaged them through Facebook and they have not responded. They are incapable of running a business with working equipment, and their personnel who do the pickups have had to stop in front of my home to fix their truck at least once. If you look at their Facebook page you will see nothing but complaint after complaint; I have tried to work with them for this past quarter and find it impossible; have cancelled service, asked for a refund and am unable to get through to this company through any medium. Do NOT do service with these people, and if you do, do not complain about it, because it will not change nor will it improve, it will get worse just as mine has.
