My bid included 3 men doing hand work and use of a mini skid, two young men and their father. The initial effort was 2 young men for half a day. The youngest dumped rocks behind my property and strewn more rocks through my front yard. With re-work the majority of the rocks were removed from my neighboring property, additional rocks were removed from my landscaping, some rocks were removed from my lawn, I am still picking up rocks in the front and back. My mistake was not being around as work was being performed. Too many shortcuts were taken and efforts to resolve the matter with the father were unsuccessful. He blamed me for accepting an inappropriate bid, he overlooked his youngest shortcut methods and accused me of false facts.

Being a Realtor, especially during these last few years, there is a shortage of contractors when…read moreneeding repairs for clients. Knowing this with a personal project coming up, my husband and I started the hunt for a great contractor early. We were given Mr. Reagan's name as a referral - the best way to get the best people! Brian was honest about being several months out regarding scheduling our project, but was available to answer any questions we had in the meantime, driving over to measure/answer questions AFTER finishing a day's work on another project. Also, having a contractor with working knowledge of newer products / tried-and-true products PLUS the backlog of shipping was invaluable for us. He was also knowledgeable about what we could / couldn't do and offered options, allowing us full control of any decision-making. We are currently putting the finishing touches on it ourselves, but would never had made it this far without Reagan Remodeling. Need a referral, drop me a line! -Lori Hoke-Oder

End result? - beautiful high quality deck, countertops and backsplash, windows, shower, vanity, and fog-free windows that have reduced exterior noise and reduced our utility bills. My number one positive about the experience is the quality of products MDR Build uses. The second is communication - if MDR says they will email you a bid within 24 hours, they do it! There were bumps along the way - weather, product availability, and a brief delay due to installation crew availability. MDR kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly addressed issues that arose. I'm very pleased with the end result.
