What they don't tell you at Arch Express is that you'll be making deliveries all over the state of Missouri & Illinois, but they don't tell you how much you make off each delivery until the following week. So you don't find out that you only made $4 a delivery until you get your check one week later. Matt, the first horrible manager I met, whom was very dismissive every time we spoke, told me I could call in every Wednesday to ask a manager how much I've made. After calling Jake, another awful manager who seems to be in a meeting every time I called. So I went to the office, only to be told.. I was taken out the system because I asked too many questions about my damn money. They don't want you to know how much you make because once you figure it out.... People quit!
