Maybe they'd be "competitive" if they actually did what a post office is supposed to do, ship and receive packages and mail.

DO NOT APPLY TO WORK HERE! STAY AWAY!…read more This place is a complete scam. The management team are liars. They cheat employees out of money by not being 100% transparent about the pay. Facts!! They'll give you a list of deliveries to make for the day, but also tell you they don't know how much these deliveries pay. Huh!!!! (Complete B.S.) Imagine going to eat dinner somewhere & at the end of the meal, they tell you we'll mail you how much your bill is next week. WTF!!! What they don't tell you at Arch Express is that you'll be making deliveries all over the state of Missouri & Illinois, but they don't tell you how much you make off each delivery until the following week. So you don't find out that you only made $4 a delivery until you get your check one week later. Matt, the first horrible manager I met, whom was very dismissive every time we spoke, told me I could call in every Wednesday to ask a manager how much I've made. After calling Jake, another awful manager who seems to be in a meeting every time I called. So I went to the office, only to be told.. HE DOESN'T WANT ME CALLING HIM EVERY WEDNESDAY TO ASK ABOUT MY MONEY. He was very clear about this. So I stopped calling all together, even if I had a question. On my first deliver, Tim probably the worst employee talked down to me, was extremely rude & basically told me I'm not allowed to make a mistake. No seriously. Told me "You can't mess this up" (Wow! Do they only talk to black people this way or everyone?) Tim also asked me to work a evening shift, I said I couldn't because I had just worked the day shift. He rolled his eyes, threw his hands up & started complaining about employees not wanting to work. Ummmm! Rude!!! I was out 5 dayd because I had a back injury & I was taken out the system. They didn't tell me this, they just told me they didn't have any deliveries whenever I called to work. This went on for 2 weeks before I just quit. Nobody called to ask what's up? Just out the system with no call or text. More B.S. Maybe because this is a 1099 job, they don't care enough to check on employees. I was taken out the system because I asked too many questions about my damn money. They don't want you to know how much you make because once you figure it out.... People quit! I was taken out the system because I figured out that the communication & transparency about the money at this so-called company it completely trash. I was taken out because I tried to only work nights where I was told the "real money" is at. Lies!!! Arch Express is clearly running game on every person that walks through those doors which is why you have such high turnover. I still have NEVER been reimbursed for that damn ferry ride I had to spend my own money. Tim! Jake! Matt! Anna This all happened on your watch. Do better. My name is L.A. Maclin I stand on every word I said! Dear Arch Express..... You might win some, but you just lost one!
