Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. This is what I told them. "Hey I'll be honest we can have a discussion about the review however I'm talking to corporate and I've shared my experiences honestly. You guys made excuses and continue to make excuses on why your driver dumped a pile in my driveway. And than blamed us. Nothing about this experience has been pleasant or tolerable and I will continue sharing my experiences as I attempted to allow you guys to fix it. And you guys wanted to sell me another dumpster. None of this experience has been pleasant and it's been pulling teeth to get you guys to fix your mess up which realistically was addressed at 1pm it could have been handled by the end of day easily. Now advancing in years, we've long planned of getting to this major whole house clean-out to save family the eventual burden but those well laid plans were completely derailed by serious illness shortly after the dumpster arrived. With no man-sized "muscle" available to continue the heavy lifting. I've needed to call for several extensions to accommodate my petite lady-size trips to the dumpster. Each call was personally answered or returned by Dave (Tidy Bug owner) who has been a most helpful and supportive voice on the other end of tbe phone while working with me to allow more time to keep filling the dumpster before coming to haul it away. This has been an incredible relief to us in a stressful time as we've needed to rely on the good will and limited schedules of others. The dumpster still isn't full, but after a few more days we hope to finally be rid of years of old furniture, worn out patio fixtures and the rest of the clutter we'd so hate to leave behind. We turned to 2 Dump It because we were able to order the dumpster, have it for 2 days or less, and they would place it in our driveway. We have now used them three times for three of our projects and couldn't be more happy with their service and product. They are always very friendly, deliver the dumpster on time, and pick the dumpster up on schedule. The dumpster that is delivered always looks brand new (shiny black), is delivered on a trailer so it doesn't hurt your driveway or the road, and you are able to open the back for easier loading. One of the best waste removal companies in the St. Louis area. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a little fall, spring, or project cleaning/removal.

I kept calling and telling them im concerned, this dumpster is still here, can you PLEASE come get it. I told them look, you are gonna charge me if the trash is over the line, if it weighs too much etc...but im telling you to come get this thing, i cant babysit this dumpster. He says oh no problem dont worry about it, i got you. So fast forward a MONTH later, they charge me 100 bucks for the weight being 100lbs over. A hundred lbs...not a thousand, but a hundred. I call and say hey, this very concern i had whwn you guys left it at my house for 10 extra days....is now happening. You assured me i would have nothing to worry about because you are the one who forgot about it...but now, theyre telling us too bad, thats your problem we can dump it at your house as long as we want. I spoke to 2 peoole who said oh well, too bad. He had availability the next day and showed up right on time. He did a great job loading up and even swept up after loading was done, though that wasn't something we were expecting at all. We will definitely be using T3 again should we need hauling, and may try them out for handyman services too, should the need arise.
