Colonel built a raised paver patio for us that failed, owner brought his team and they fixed it but…read morehas not spoken 1 word to us about it. I feel like we were more than gracious when the quartz countertop for the bar was put in wrong, because NO ONE from Colonel was there when it was installed incorrectly. We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. We had high hopes, but really disappointed.

We are really happy with the crew at Genuine Lawn Care! When we moved into our home, we were in…read moreneed of a retaining wall and our yard needed some TLC. After some research, we felt good about calling Terry and the crew and scheduled them to come out for a quote. When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Overall, we will continue to use GLC and are happy to recommend this company to anyone! We have only had positive experiences with them right from the start. Thanks guys and Thanks Terry for helping our "curb appeal"!

OUTSTANDING service! Who even DOES this anymore?!…read more I was desperate! Due to a lot of life circumstances, our backyard didn't get cut and the weeds were now waist high! This time of year, good lawn services are already booked with their accounts but I needed someone who could get into my yard and get it looking like a backyard again. Keenan took my call and booked coming over within a week! That's miracle #1. He got out here and went above and beyond, and in short order. I expected it to look like a hayfield when done with tons of raking and bagging to do. NOPE! Looked wonderful! Miracle #2. My regular lawn guy has a ton of stuff going on in his life so I asked Keenan about possibly taking my account. Get THIS! I live OUTSIDE his service area but he cared knowing I needed the work done. As owner, he said he doesn't get out on mowers much and his crews are all our handling their customers. But he personally came out to take care of my problem. BOOM! Miracle #3. And his company doesn't just do lawns. Check out his website for other outdoor services. I am enthusiastic to recommend Keenan and his team to you! https://www.akickinthegrasslawn.com

Price was comparable to other companies we reached out to, but what really pushed his offer to the top was the friendly service. Every interaction was pleasant leading up to the job. He had availability the next day and showed up right on time. He did a great job loading up and even swept up after loading was done, though that wasn't something we were expecting at all. We will definitely be using T3 again should we need hauling, and may try them out for handyman services too, should the need arise.
