I have not used Bobs Disposal, but did get into a verbal altercation with 2 of their employees because they parked outside of my retail office building and blocked all customer and employee parking so one could visit the gas station and the other could take a piss behind the building - which my security cameras caught. When asked to move so an employee could park in our designated area, they responded with curse words and violent hand gestures. When they did decide to leave, they flipped me off out the window and a customer in our parking lot thought it was to them. Tried to call - never got through to anyone. Overall Janky looking truck, disgusting public urination from an extremely rude driver and would never ever consider using your service. read more

Late 2020 I wrote a review HERE where I had called this business 89 times in two days. EIGHTY NINE TIMES. The phone was always busy, or it rang to voice saying what their hours were, and to call back if I called within those hours. I cannot find that review, however; I was informed via email that MANY people had looked at my post because I had included a picture from my phone of the number of calls with this company's name. I called Tues 1/19 and miraculously got through on the 19th call. I wanted to know if they were picking up that day since they did NOT pick up on the prior Friday which is my schedule. She said they were going to. This company is being held together by a lick and prayer; and they have continually gotten worse and worse. They do not use their social media to update their clients of any problems, scheduling differences, when they ARE coming, you just have to just keep filling your can and putting it out praying they will come (either on Tues or Friday). Tuesday 1/19 after I got off the phone w/the young woman, I called another company to set up business with them, and have called Bob's 65 times today 2/21/21. SIXYTY-FIVE times. It is either busy or it goes to voice telling the hours, or it rings to either the 9th or 10th ring and then starts a busy signal. I wrote a letter on 1/19/21 and mailed it advising them of cancelling my service and requesting a refund. I have posted on their Facebook page the same information probably six times; I have now included that same information in comment areas so they cannot delete my posts. I have messaged them through Facebook and they have not responded. They are incapable of running a business with working equipment, and their personnel who do the pickups have had to stop in front of my home to fix their truck at least once. If you look at their Facebook page you will see nothing but complaint after complaint; I have tried to work with them for this past quarter and find it impossible; have cancelled service, asked for a refund and am unable to get through to this company through any medium. Do NOT do service with these people, and if you do, do not complain about it, because it will not change nor will it improve, it will get worse just as mine has. read more

They don't even rate the one star, for their service you need minus stars. When we first started using them around 2003 the service was good but over the years it has diminished drastically. Never knowing when they would pick up, not answering phones, and actually being rude. After not getting trash picked up we decided to cancel the service and get a different trash service. After trying repeatedly to reach them on both phone numbers which were never answered I sent a letter to the PO box. I also sent an email. Then I contacted the BBB who contacted Bob's about the lack of service and response. They ignored the BBB but they sent me a bill for April-June 2021 service. Today I received a reminder to pay this bill. Tried to call and actually got an answering machine but had to leave message because there was no live body to answer. I discontinued service in February and they owe me for March service which was paid for. I paid for March in January but have no intention to pay for April-June since I sent cancellation letter the end of February and they haven't picked up my trash since mid January. Very poor service. I wish Bob's Disposal would dispose of themselves. The only way to pay your bills is over the phone and they NEVER answer! I had to get a Facebook account to message them and ask if I could pay my bill, and they still didn't answer my message! When I finally did get a hold of someone after months of trying, I paid all of my bills, canceled my service and requested a letter of cancellation including a statement that all bills were paid. 9 months later they send me a new bill - and believe it or not, they never did send a cancellation letter with confirmation that all invoices have been paid! The absolute worst trash company ever! It is just unacceptable to never answer a phone when you have a business. Someone could have the business phone forwarded to a cell or home phone if they aren't able to come in. Ridiculous!! We have had a lot of issues with them not showing up when they're supposed to. We have been understanding and giving them lots of leeway. However, they don't answer the phones, and when they do they are rude and always tell us we're next on the list for trash pick up even if it takes 2-3 more days. Our dumpster has been constantly overflowing because of their inability to pick our trash up on set day. So unless you want your dumpsters constantly overflowing with trash, I wouldn't go w them for trash service. Very unprofessional and have no communication with their customers. read more

They have missed 10 pickups since Christmas (it's February). They are the absolute worst. I got through after trying over 30 times and was told they would be here that evening (weds) or Thursday morning. No one came. I have used this service for 21 years. I haven't had many issues, but lately, they have proven to be unreliable. My trash hasn't been picked up on a regular basis for the last month, even though my neighbors trash has been picked up. I pay my bill regularly and ahead of time. Don't bother! Trash doesn't get picked up then when you call they have a constant busy signal during regular office hours. Only way to contact is through Facebook and my trash still didn't get picked up. Go with American Eagle. Same price and they always answer the phone. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS BUSINESS! They have not picked up my trash in four weeks, you can never get through on the phone. You have to pay via phone, so you can't get through to get explanations OR to pay a bill. Check the BBB before you utilize Bob's. I wish I could give this business zero stars. I understand they're going through a hard time right now, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. In November they just stopped emptying our dumpster. I canceled service in December & by the end of December I was told they'd at least empty the trash, but didn't know when they'd be able to pick up the dumpster. No one has shown up. I found this company when Waste Management kept upping my bill from my old residence. Needless to say, I was sorry I wasted anytime with Waste Management. I had Bob's for about 2 2 yrs before selling and I have rehired them at our new location. Bob's is the best as they come. As long as they are in business they will have a loyal customer in me! And I can't forget to mention they offer the best customer service. (Decent customer service is hard to find these days) but that is just another area they excel at. read more

I would rate this company a negative star if I could. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!! Had their service for a very long time, at first it was good, but as time went on, their service got terrible!! Very undependable! They show up when they want to, tried calling numerous times, never get through, either busy signal or no one answers. Pickup service is supposed to be on Tuesday, but they might show up on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, whenever they want to. I finally cancelled my service 1 1/2 months ago, still never got my refund, probably never will, I guess they need the money more than I do. Customer service is awful!!! I've had Bobs disposal for 6yrs now going on 7yrs in July and have had nothing but issues. From the workers throwing trash cans down on the ground, breaking 3 different ones of mine. I even witnessed one worker toss the can on the ground and it bounced back up and hit my car. As to now today, they haven't picked up my trash the last two weeks and I even stood at the end of my driveway and had to stop them to ask why they didn't take my one and Only trash can of trash for the workers to yell and laugh and say it's not on our list. Well that's funny bc if it's not on ur list randomly after 6yrs then why am I still being charged with autopayments and you can't call them bc either the office doesn't answer their phone or it's busy. read more

Very, very poor service! I had on call service with them with a 6 yard dumpster. Seemed like a very reasonable price. I have had nothing but problems with them. I have called since the first of April for them to empty the dumpster! This is mid July.....still have not shown up. I finally called and cancelled the service and asked them to remove the dumpster from my property. That was over 3 weeks ago. It is STILL there. Anyone want a free dumpster?? It's one thing when a company fails to provide service; it's another thing entirely when they steal from you. Bob's Disposal Service is a pack of liars, cheaters, and thieves. I terminated my trash pickup with Bob's Disposal Service on January 12, 2021, due to poor service. They promised that I would receive a refund check for the balance of my prepaid service in 10 days to two weeks. It has now been over two months, and I still have not received my refund despite many phone calls to the office. I had to use the redial button on the phone over and over to get through to them. When I was able to break through the busy signal, I got lies and a sob story about equipment being down, the owner being hospitalized, the office staff being hit with the coronavirus, etc. Nobody cares, Bob! They just expect you to live up to your end of the deal. This is no way to run a business. Recently cancelled our service with Bob's due to poor service. Sometimes they picked up the trash but other weeks they just didn't show up. I was a 10+ year customer & I tried to be loyal to a small business but they became very unreliable. Bob's Waste Disposal has the worst customer service ever. When our trash fails to be picked up, we have to try to get through to the office for hours a day. Office hours are stated as beginning at 8 am, but the recorded "we are out of the office" message continues long past that, until the line goes busy for hours at a time. The lady who takes care of billing is fictitious as far as I can tell, especially when you are asking for a refund from them. When my wife called to follow up this afternoon on the refund check for missed trash service, which was promised a week prior, they screamed at her that she wasn't a good customer for expecting a refund for "only a week of missed service" and told her they were canceling our services. The elderly owner of the business then proceeded to berate my wife on the phone for another ten minutes. I will update this review if we ever get our refund for the next five weeks. I'm not holding my breath. Don't bother with Bob's. read more
