Used them for about a year. No issues whatsoever. Everything was clean and dry and the price was right. There were no rent increases for me. I started off with a 12 x 12 then after I liquidated a few things moved to a 6 x 12 I think and saved some money. Finally got rid of everything and left with no issues at all. Doug and the staff were very accommodating to all my needs over the last year, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again - thanks guys Dave read more

Doug was very nice and accommodating. He explained everything in detail and showed me around. I went to other storage facilities and Doug was by far the most congenial and helpful. read more

In the past 2 years this place has had break ins, spiders/bugs, strange residue, open security gates, arbitrary policy changes and MULTIPLE rent increases. read more

I needed extra space and got set-up at A Storage Inn. Doug is very nice and responsive. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience. Priced at the high end but I must say that my things are kept nice in a clean storage unit. Facility is secure. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend. read more

I also asked if it was a pet friendly place bc I have a dog before I even got this unit bc I'll have my dog on his lead while Im moving things around and apparently after I signed for this unit now it's all of a sudden not pet friendly anymore!! I'm getting squeezed for $200 for a month I never used because they didn't close out my auto pay balance when they closed my account. I called up someone with Public Storage to work it out which I thought I did but I'm still getting bugged by debt collectors for this phony charge. These people have no integrity.

I couldn't be happier with the service i have received at A storage inn…read more I reserved my unit online late at night. First thing next morning I got the confirmation call from Jeff, the manager. I told him I would be in the next day. I didn't make it but went in on a Saturday shortly before they closed. Jeff didn't at all seem bothered at my late arrival. We discussed the prices and they had gone up a little vs the online price, without question he honored the price and we went to look at the unit. It was POURING rain and he grabbed an umbrella, made sure myself and my 1 year old daughter were dry while he got soaked. Getting my unit all ready to go for me to move in and the paperwork, he offered to hold my daughter for me, she went right to him. (He isn't creepy lol, he has kids and was offering to help me out and was very kind) so I filled out the paperwork. He went over insurance with me and did not pressure me at all! I did opt for the cheaper plan because we didn't have a big unit. I am very happy about where we chose to store our stuff for a short time here with A storage Inn. I can't recommend them any more! Doug the Manager is such a wonderful person, very professional and down to earth, very detailed with procedures and will work with you within a timely manner...never had problems. The units were spacious and clean, the property well kept, very secured. Prices are reasonable (no hidden fees, whatever he quotes you, that is the price each month). Very trusting and great experience!!!!! Anytime that I need a storage facility---with no hesitation I'll be back!!!!! P.S. I sold my house quicker than expected and wasn't able to find something I wanted to buy so I had to move to an apartment. I needed to store some stuff which to be honest made me a little nervous as I had never done that before , but A Storage Inn was great. I live a half mile away at Celtic Apartments so I picked A Storage Inn due to convenience. The unit was clean, the door was solid and there was a pull string light in the unit. The access was easy with a code assigned that opened the secure gate. I received emails to remind me when payments were due and the staff was always professional. Highly recommend! This place is awesome. We had to get a couple of units for storage of our stuff between house moves. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the staff were all incredibly helpful. And, despite heavy, heavy storms, both of my units stayed completely dry. Highly recommend. read more

They were very nice in the office. The unit I had was very clean and odor free. These things were important to me. There was not moisture in the unit, even after a rain. Wonderful experience for holding things I needed to be stored for a few months. read more
