However, it was still active when I checked on the public storage online app and at the same time that there's also a scheduled payment this coming April 1, 2026. That's why, I set a different date on the public storage online app to move out today 3/29/2026 but unfortunately that I got a notification from the public storage app that my next payment will be on 5/1/2026 eventhough I already paid the rent payment which will due on 4/1/2026. My question is, when will be my last payment given that I already scheduled a move out date last 3/21/2026 but unfortunately my account was still active as it appears on the public storage app. And because of that, that I set another move out date which is today 3/29/2026 but here again that I got a notification that there's a scheduled payment on 5/1/2026. I need clarification about this matter about my final and last payment following my decision to move out last 3/21/2026- that's the date that I entered on the app to move out but the public storage app indicates that account was still active until today. And I was pressured today to set another date (3/29/2026) to move out from the public storage. Please help me to put my account inactive since I already set two different dates to move out, the first date was 3/21/2026 and the second one which is today, 3/29/2026.

She has been so friendly, helpful, compassionate, and easy to talk to. During my time here, I witnessed Paula effectively managing several issues at once. Not only did she do a great job dealing with customers while the computer systems were rebooting and updating, but she also ensured everyone was well taken care of and left happily. Not only did she excel in customer service, but she also was cleaning the facility and ensuring the safety of us and our belongings. I highly recommend this facility for this reason. I can rest easy knowing that someone like her is there watching over the facility. It makes doing business here worth every penny.

They are very dismissive, untrained, and tend to give you attitude whenever you need help. I've recently have dealt with an infestation of moths in the unit as well. Upon entry of the building there were a variety of dead bugs in the hallways around certain unit doors. Like I've said, the place has gone downhill at an alarming rate since Mike has left. Never have I had an issue with this location until now.

All access is electronically controlled by PIN pads located throughout the building and each locker has a keyed padlock on it. Depending on your locker size you might get an individually monitored unit alarm, ours had it, smaller lockers might not. The entire building has tons of CCTV cameras located throughout and looks very secure against would be burglars. Cleanliness: Even the bathrooms are secured by PIN pad, if that doesn't tell you the place is kept extremely clean then I don't know what will. Everything is immaculate inside the building with the exception of some scuffs and scratches here and there from people recklessly careening through the halls with loading dollys. Price: I hear it already, I can hear the voices of people saying "that place is expensive" SHUT UP! You get what you pay for. If you want top tier storage with high security and climate control to guarantee that your sensitive vinyl record collection and high end computers stay safe during your move you're going to need a company like Safeguard. Bottom line: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Don't skimp on protecting your stuff if you have high value items. If you're just storing a bunch of boxes of clothes and general housewares you probably don't need a fancy storage provider with climate controlled indoor storage and can go for an outdoor locker. All that said, for what we were storing, records and high value computing and storage arrays along with a plethora of other sensitive electronics it was well worth the extra money knowing our stuff was safely stored under climate controlled lock and key. Location: It's right off the highway which makes it easy to get to with a large truck and their loading dock can accommodate most any truck you can throw at it. Loading Dock: An enclosed loading dock is a nice plus especially when it's suddenly started raining and you want to unload your truck into storage. Unloading dollies are provided and all were in good working order when I was there. Bottom Line: If you are looking for top notch storage this is your place. If you are storing low value items that don't need climate control then you might be better served elsewhere.

I got home and It was the wrong ubox. I had to come back and my ubox was not even ready. Steve took more than 30 min to get it. And gave me an attitude bOn top of all my wasted time. I got here at 10 am came back and left again at almost 1 pm. I wasted a lot of time. Steve kept saying I wasn't here for the last 3 days I didn't know or I wasn't told the ubox was in the warehouse. They truly do treat your "treasures" as if they were their own. C.J. and his crew were on time, polite, focused, quick, but careful. The word I would use is "meticulous." And they all had good senses of humor. Unpacking in Wheaton simply reversed the excellent process. They placed our furniture where we asked. They attached our new headboard, (which I didn't expect) and reinstalled the little pesky shelves in our CD/DVD revolving tower. They made sure everything was where it should be before they left. I'm hoping not to move again for a long while, but I would hire them again in a nano second.
