This place sucks. The nerd at the desk was a real piece of work. Hopefully this place closes quick!

They were very careful even when carrying heavy furniture that was quite challenging come down a narrow stairway with wooden bannister. They were efficient and polite. The whole move took about 8.5 hrs. They had to take apart a electric recliner couch which took time. Unfortunately, it was reassembled incorrectly & would only recline 30% of the way. We didn't notice this with all things going on until the next day. We called , and they happily agree to send a person out to fix it the next day. They apologized, and the service guy was polite and had to unassembled & reassembled it the right way and did so without any fuss, In their defense, there was no manual so they had to investigate to see the problem. No charge to rectify and it took almost 2: hours. Over all very happy with their attention to be careful & cheerful while doing hard work. Highly approve this company.

I've used many services before. This by far was the worst. Well not all aspects. The guys who…read morepacked our house - great. I mean they used our sheets and stuff to pack items, but whatever. The biggest issue I had was the guys who loaded our truck. They came over an hour late and then instead of wrapping our furniture, they just started tossing the stuff on to the truck unwrapped. The driver even had to tell them they needed to wrap it or he wasn't going to be able to leave. Then within 15 mins - they broke our credenza. We called the office right then and there and they tried to get the crew aligned a touch better. However there was no improvement. We got to our new home and all three TVs were busted dressed were scratched up couch ripped. Their response was - well we will look into it. I mean when the guys unloaded our stuff they took pictures so they wouldn't be blamed. So I guess the service was "fine" we just got a horrid crew in Atlanta to load our truck which is sad because they were the most important part.

Started…read moreDay 1 with the packers arriving three hours late then ending the day early because "they ran out of packing materials" continued with our boxes/items being split into two shipments (not sure why) and the second truck repeatedly re-scheduling when it would deliver, causing us to incur costs related to hotels, rental cars and babysitters. Definitely not worth the $1200 we thought we were saving by going with Corrigan instead of a competing offer.

The sales pitch sounded great; the experience has been terrible. The moving truck broke down two times, arriving two weeks after they packed up, leaving us camping in our house and eating out for days on end. The response from the company was that this was "just bad luck." Clearly, their fleet was not in good repair. What is even more deeply frustrating was the state of our possessions when they finally arrived. One of the movers loaded our generator with gas still in it (marking it had been emptied). This tipped over en route, and our entire new house now smells like a garage. The gas fumes are caustic in some parts. Upholstered furniture was supposed to be shrink wrapped; it was not, so these items, including a new sofa, especially soaked up the gasoline smell. A mattress had grease marks on it. Some furniture was scratched and poorly wrapped. My professional file box with all of my work papers apparently was dumped and thrown back together and then taped. A live plant was packed in one of the bathroom boxes. The key was removed from our big tool box but was not included in the parts box. We cannot access it. We are missing two of the four specialty screws necessary to reassemble our bed set, so we are still not sleeping in our own bed. We did not just get the B Team for packers, we got a quick and shoddy F Team (other than the young man who carefully packed our kitchen and china cabinet). We spent over 10K for movers to make our cross-country trek less stressful; they have made it more so. I wish we had gone with any other company than Corrigan, and I advise you to never use them until they step up their game.

We waited 5 minutes for my building to reserve the elevator but after that, they wanted to do a walkthrough even though I had to submit a list of everything. Fine. The walkthrough took 10 minutes and they said they'd be back with equipment to move however as you can see in the photos, we were waiting 20+ minutes for them to come back up to start. I didn't need much moved and yet it took over 3 hours to load the truck. The storage unit was two buildings down the block and it then took them 10+ minutes to get there. They weren't aware but we were watching them the entire time as they did nothing. Then after arriving at the storage unit they abruptly told me that I have to pay upfront before unloading and hit me with a $900+ bill based on their estimation of how long it'll take to offload. Their response was to talk to Jace (some guy on the phone) while the clock is running and they're getting paid regardless. Jace wasn't helpful at all as I explained the situation and my frustration with this process and the promotion that was mentioned but never offered. I left this experience feeling robbed and frustrated with the lackluster effort of Alan and his driver and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. I trusted their rating when I selected them over others but hopefully my experience will prevent a similar situation for someone else. I have timestamps in the screenshots purposely for you to be the judge.
