The office staff (manager?) is very nice to deal with. My unit is facing the fence and for awhile, the floodlights on that side of the building didn't work, but eventually they got fixed. My biggest complaint is... PRICE INCREASES HERE ARE REDICULOUS! Don't count on being here year after year unless you want to pay SIGNIFICANTLY MORE in the future. I had a 50% INCREASE IIN 2021 ALONE!... was paying $123.00 per month in January 2021 and by December 2021, I was paying $184.00 per month. That is a 50% increase, and it was WITHIN 1 YEAR!! I've rented space in the past from other local Public Storage facilities and they all have raised prices rather quickly, but nothing like this facility has! I have a feeling that the local Public Storage facilities slam the long-timers with BIG price increases because they figure you probably won't move after all that time, even with a huge price increase. Now paying over $2,200 per year for my unit makes me re-evaluate the need to keep stuff in storage. I did rent at Extra Space in Crystal Lake B4 and their space was pretty darn close to the advertised measurements.
