Otter did nothing to keep this from continuing. We weren't notified about the break ins which proof cameras were disabled.I call Otter to inform about the break ins and they were not aware of it. Today 6 Sep aired on KSAT 12 other units were broken into. Otter said they had a security guard on premises if so why the break ins. This company should reinstate tenants for their losses. Security cameras had not been working and gate were tampered with and manually opened. I'm contacted my attorney. Jose G

The owners, Robin & Jason, were extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly. The storage unit was well built and immaculate, with smooth concrete floors as well as light switches and an outlet. Perfect for our needs. Further, the area is always monitored by cameras and well gated, making us feel a good peace of mind. Also, there were a few times I worked late and needed to access the unit past the regular hours and the owner was able to help me in. Amazing experiences throughout the rental period. Because of the excellent and well built unit, well-monitored area and great service by Robin & Jason, we will definitely continue to use them given a chance.
