Watch for price gouging. Prices are good when you move on. After 6 months a 23.5% rent increase. The people at the facility are nice. But try to make a credit card payment over the phone and they charge you $10.00 service fee. Then they force you to buy insurance when you first sign up for a significant price. You have no choice, they add it to your bill. Don't forget you must buy their locks, another hefty charge. There are better facilities in the valley they don't stick it to the customer. read more

My unit was broken into during summer of 2021. Everything was stolen I am convinced it was an inside job. Someone had a key - the storage unit looked from the outside perfectly normal. When I opened it, everything had been stolen. Their regional manager provided (after being asked more than once) the info about the person who they claimed did the break in -- but all the info they provided was fake. None of the names, addresses or info provided was valid. The bldg where my items were stored had a broken door for many months. They did not want to go back to the film of the break in (Because it would take too long) -- they offered no help, in fact the district manger told me himself that he was really busy and while he would send over to the sheriffs dept what he knew, he made it clear I was really taking up his time. There was zero interest in this break in - it was as though they were all trying to hide something - the strangest occurrence ever.. happened right after the old manager Steve left- I had been a customer for ten years there...be careful is all I can say - I lost many many valuables... It truly hurt. read more

I have two units now at this facility and I have been here for over two years. Steve has been wonderful and very helpful over the years. Yesterday, I dealt with Alma. Alma is really wonderful. I needed a space for my new travel trailer. I called at 5:29pm and Alma was able to square me away and get a space before closing at 6pm. This has been a great convenient location for me and offers ground floor units with air conditioning which I need. It has good security and a watchful eye on it as well. I mainly deal with Steve there, and he has been great, is competent, friendly and always efficient with a smile on his face. I do wish there would be a year when I didn't get an annual increase, like a one year vacation from a rate hike, that'd be nice, at this point I pay between 20-25% more than when I originally got the unit three years ago, but I guess it's based on "the going rate".......oh well. read more

I feel of all the storage in the valley this facility is the best, no sand, no wind, and clean. Steve was extremely helpful with everything and since there was only had one space the size I wanted, he called me to let me know that it was available and saved it for me until I could get in there to pay. We have 3 units. Steve, the manager, is friendly and helpful. And the facility is clean and well maintained. However, there is a "floating" employee named "Luna" that works here part-time. She is terrible. Has no idea how to treat customers. Has threatened and lied to both my wife and I about rent policy and other issues. Lazy. Recommend that you refuse to deal with her and let Steve and the District Manager, Bill, know if you encounter her. read more

Yes. it is clean and safe and the prices seem fair when you rent. But look at the fine print. After less than 6 months, my rent went up. When I went in to the facility to discuss why, I was informed that it would go up about every 6 months. That is ridiculous. I have rented in the area before and kept the same rent for 3 years! It is a complete rip-off. read more
