Juan at the front desk was a very helpful man and was straightforward with all the instructions and questions, would highly recommend this place for moving or storage read more

Not customer friendly at all, they will kick you when you're down. I understand business is business, but a $70 late fee?!?! THEY WILL BUG THE CRAP OUT OF YOU AND OTHERS LISTED ON YOUR CONTRACT FOR ONE DAY LATE ON PAYMENT! Beware and be on time with your payments or they WILL screw you! read more

Coachella Valley Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Indio, California

They hike prices every 3-6 months. I went from paying 52.00 to 75.00 dollars in a little over a year for a 5 X 5. Of course they use the excuse that they mail you letters which to me even if I got them it's a RIP OFF!!! I have just closed my account and found that West Coast Self Storage (83534 Dr Carreon BLVD) not to far away has indoor monitoring and temperature controlled units the same size for 52.00 dollars a month and they don't do price hikes. The Quality is. Also better since they just opened up and they have tons of availability!!! read more

Isaiah is the worst customer service person I have ever met. The office sign said he was on property and would return. I called 3 times after I arrived at 4:12. Isaiah drove on property at 4:55 and then toldme he was ONLY there to lock up and refused to make any transaction for me. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

This storage facility has been a great place. The Indio Woman's Club has been storing items for many years. Gus had always been helpful and answered all our questions. We highly recommend. read more

Great prices, location and friendly staff been with them for a while and I feel Secure with my belongings there.

I recently got a storage unit prior to having surgery and the gent at the desk "Gus" was more than willing to help me get what I needed at the best price. Also as I have recovered from surgery he has called me twice to remind me that storage dues are needed I appreciate the kindness and extra time that he has put in to help a customer. read more

Easy to find location and enrollment was super fast. Prices are reasonable. Customer service was great. This the same as ASPSTORAGE facilities. I was thinking Coachella was further out but actually it's in Indio (which is just perfect). It's a nice clean calm place apparently with window service :) at the enrollment office. read more

I must say this is our first time using a storage service and the manager Gus made a great impression with my wife and I. He was very courteous and explained the entire process from start to finish. He always used my name and made us feel good about choosing the location. The prices are competitive and the unit was clean. Give them a look you won't be disappointed Coachella Valley. -Jose read more

BEWARE!!! RV were broken into and RV owners were not notified. The first break in was 2 weeks ago on 5/9/17 and nothing was immediately done to fix the security breach. Suspects are going over the gate from the park on the east side of the lot. No other tenants were notified of the vandalisms and thefts. RV were vandalized through the roofs, substantial damage and items taken. Then 4 RV's were once again broken into on 5/20/17 and nothing was done to fix the security breach. RV had electronics completely removed. Owner were not even informed about the break in until days later. Do not trust the 24 hour video security that they sell to you. The video only covers a certain areas of the lot and when the break-ins occurred at night, you can hardly see the suspect coming over the fence into the RV area. I was a tenant there since February 2017, time to immediately move out those suspects will be back guarantee it. I asked for corporate's information, I was told I wasn't allowed to have it and I could only deal with the Regional Supervisor Darrell Hood. No compensation. I was told they will address the issue tomorrow and have someone come out from San Diego to place more security wire above the fence near the park. Really? It took every single one of the RV's to be burglarized before you decided to do something about it? Disappointed in the unprofessionalism. I should have been informed on 5/6/17 there was a theft issue so I could have made the decision then before my RV got robbed! read more

just now I Got a small 4x4 unit and within the span of a few hours I decided that I did not need it, I was supposed to be refunded my $109 but due to poorly trained staff and a horrible company overall, that was not possible. And apparently a previous unit that I had thought was closed was not, I'm not surprised because the employee I thought I had closed it with was getting high at his desk. Don't come here, don't do business with these people go somewhere else unless you don't mind the lack of professionalism and you don't mind your money being stolen from you. And the only reason this place has such high ratings is because the manager loves to buy them off with free stuff. read more

My wife and I dropped off our Uhaul today and we were helped by Gus H who was phenomenal. One of the easiest people to work with. His assistant was extremely helpful also and we would like to thank them both for going above and beyond during our return of the truck. Uhaul is lucky to have them as a drop facility because of their professionalism and ease to do business with. When the time comes we will be renting a storage space from them for sure! read more

I've been storing at this location for about six months now, so am confident they are deserving of this review. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. I've never had or seen any kind of security issue. Best of all there are very few hidden extra charges, as you're likely to see at other storage facilities. Straightforward and well run. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I called to make a reservation as I had seen that on the internet it showed covered RV parking for $80/month. The lady on the phone confirmed the covered parking. On the phone they told me that I would have to pay a $20 administration fee on top of the $80. I had no problem with this. Once I got there the girl that was there had no idea how to use the computer to finalize my reservation. She was a very nice girl that told me she was training. However, there was no one there to train her. They left alone. She couldn't figure out the computer system so she called her supervisor to take her through it. Once she figured it out I was told that the admin. fee was actually $24 and an additional $30 for something that I wasn't to clear about.. I figured that since I had taken 2 hours out of my day to come this far I'll pay those extra fees. Once I drove over to the storage spot it turns out it wasn't covered! I thought maybe she had made a mistake since she was still under training. I walked back to the office and told the girl that the spot isn't covered and she said that they didn't have any covered RV storage spots. I told her that my reservation was confirmed for a covered spot and that the girl on the phone assured me that it would be covered. She said there was nothing she could do since she didn't have a covered spot. I told her to call her manager and to put her on the phone with me. The manager/supervisor told me that I must have misread the information and because I had done the reservation through a third party they weren't responsible, to which I replied "aren't you guys responsible for making sure that the third pasty information is up to date?". I told her that I wanted to be reimbursed immediately. The new girl at the counter told me that her supervisor would get back to me sometime next week to let me know when she would reimburse me. I had the new girl call her supervisor back again and this time it seems she got a hold of a different person who was able to reimburse me right away. They advertise one thing and once you get there they switch things on you. NOT a good way to do business. read more

This place was super nice and quick! Gus was awesome!! Thank you Gus and everyone at storage place for helping me out!!

The manager said he would give me a certain deal, but when it came down to it (around the 2nd month), I didnt get the discount i was told i would get. I am not sure if it is the managers fault or the owners fault since he had to check with the owner for everything... but either way, I wont be using this place again. read more
