On November 17th, 2025 i visited the storage unit to drop some items, it just so happened that it was after some heavy rain, but the next following days was supposed to be downpour for a week. Luckily i was able to catch that the roof was LEAKING in to my storage (pics and video attached) I called management, and because it was 30 minutes before closing she said there was nothing she could do and that they'll reach out to a roofing company in the morning. After me following up daily.. 4 days later and into 4 days of dumping rain they called to inform that the roof has FINALLY been repaired! Insane!! The best kicker is, my saw was damaged and we got a $230 rate increase a month later and it's only been 4 months!!!!! ... this place is trash! Stay away!! *look at all their RECENT reviews in the past 5 years. I'm not the only one with price gouging and horrible customer service/non existent help.

The unit was not clean when I moved in. there were spider webs. When I went to move my stuff out of storage. The gate locked me in. we were stuck inside the heat with no water for an hour. The only number we were given to call was the general number and they did not help us, all they did was give us temporary code that did not work and told us to call the police department. No one in the office is there to help in immediate situations. we were stuck there for an hour, fire department couldn't do anything. The only reason we were able to get out is because someone else got there and exited the location or else we would have been stuck there for hours. Owner did nothing to remediate this incident please avoid this storage at all costs. there are better options in the valley.
