On November 17th, 2025 i visited the storage unit to drop some items, it just so happened that it was after some heavy rain, but the next following days was supposed to be downpour for a week. Luckily i was able to catch that the roof was LEAKING in to my storage (pics and video attached) I called management, and because it was 30 minutes before closing she said there was nothing she could do and that they'll reach out to a roofing company in the morning. After me following up daily.. 4 days later and into 4 days of dumping rain they called to inform that the roof has FINALLY been repaired! Insane!! The best kicker is, my saw was damaged and we got a $230 rate increase a month later and it's only been 4 months!!!!! ... this place is trash!
