Rented a 5x10 storage…read moreunit that is really ONLY 4x7 .... so sitting there with a truck load of stuff and about 1/3 of it doesn't fit in the unit.... and nowhere to put it. More than 20 phone calls over 10 days and the manager is never available and whoever is at the property "can't help" There is no way to contact the company head office or supervisor - calls just go in an endless loop from one number to another, never being answered and you can't leave a message - the system just disconnects on you. Forced to pay for / use / THIER insurance - not permitted to use my own insurance. Access Hours - 9am - 6pm.... So if you want to go before, or after work, forget it! If you want to start moving before it gets to be 100° in the desert, forget it! The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star instead of a 1 is because the facility is clean and seems safe, but they left me in a very bad position and have done nothing to correct it or help HAD TO TAKE THE OVERFLOW AND RENT A UNIT SOMEPLACE ELSE - ON THE SPOT!! Deceptive business practices and horrible service.

The sheer greed of this company and bad work practice is astonishing to me. I've seen my rent go up at other places 10% 20% but never near 100%.. I will pull my teardrop out of this spot and never look back for what horrible bad karma they have. Shame on their greed they can go to hell in a handbasket. Update they want to discuss what they can do to make me happier. Here's the deal most people here are seasonal so there's not an opportunity for them to move their stuff if they've left it and returned home; they are forced to pay the bill. This is a horrible way to do business. It's pure greed, manipulation, dishonesty, and a 100% lack of integrity.
