Someone followed a car into the property went into the building cut my lock of and completely thrashed it and went through all of it. thousands and thousands of dollars in tools and more stolen. Wheeled right outside and loaded into an SUV. They wont let me see the camera footage and Mike wont even call management for me to talk with. He love his gate keeping power. Its been something ive noticed multiple time that their locked gate isn't a strong security measure as its not monitored and people walk/drive through very often whom dont belong. I highly recommend NOT coming here. Also they raise your rate every month without telling you. I think mine has cloe to if not doubled within the year Ive been here. I pulled uo today to a sign that says WE ARE ON PROPERTY call this number. I called and MIKE answered immediately telling me that he has driven away off property to run an errand. So they tell us someone stays on property, however clearly that is a lie as MIKE just proved.

I was once double billed ... they corrected it immediately. I got a couple months behind once ... they were understanding. I've had occasion to visit the office from time to time and always found them to be prompt, personable and helpful. I think the best I can say about this place is that I get exactly what I pay for. They understood my messy moving situation since another uhaul store refused to honor my reservation and left me stranded.. I've written a review when I initially moved into Bridgehead Self Storage. And here I am, years…read morelater, and the only way my review of this facility can change is for the better. If I could rate them with 10 stars I would. Minnie, Sal and now Linda are just the beginning as to why I still use the facility and why I HIGHLY recommend it. When you pull up to the gate, the facility does well to hide the expansiveness of its true size. In the years that we have rented there, at no time have we ever found it to be dirty or unkept. Rarely, and I mean VERY RARELY, have I ever seen even leaves that may blow around on a high wind day. There is never even dust on the ground even though the back lot is made of rock and dirt! The restroom is always stocked with hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels along with being clean at all times. Whenever I am there at night, regardless of the fact that my unit is in the back and rarely do I see another tenant near me, I always feel safe. At night, there is a security guard who drives the entire facility. And on a personal level, we have, on multiple occasions, fallen behind on our bill. Our unit could have been auctioned off each time. However, Minnie spoke to the owner on our behalf ensuring our payment. (Which we have obviously taken care of each time) The monthly rate not only is less than what we previously paid, but the unit itself is larger than our previous one. If you need a storage unit, and you want quality customer service, look no further. Bridgehead Self Storage is THE place! Thank you Minnie and Sal and my "little Linda" for simply being the amazing people that you are. For always having our back and for letting us know that human kindness still exists.

My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. :-D 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit.

When I re-arranged the available space in my new residence, I discovered that I didn't need as much storage as I did when I first moved in. I decided to relocate my needs for a self storage locker to another location that was much closer to my home in Antioch. I advised the Acorn managers of my plans and they were, again, very helpful in my relocating to the space in Antioch. In 2014, a new management company took over where I had my locker in Antioch. As I felt the conditions had changed in my Antioch location for storage and I was no longer comfortable staying in the Antioch location, I returned to Acorn Self Storage looking for a small locker . Again, I was treated like family and took note of the very clean condition of the property and the security monitoring of the entire location. I was impressed by the operation still being top quality and customer service I received when I made the transition back to Acorn. I would recommend Acorn Self Storage to anyone that I know who may be looking for a great place to store what they need to store.
