HOWEVER! Upon further review of the contract, I found an alarming clause indicating a 2X price hike after 4 months - which wasn't mentioned when I agreed to the month-to-month lease. I found other reviews on Reddit from those experienced 200% price hikes after a few months. Currently looking for another facility that offers more reasonable price increases over time.

I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. They wouldn't even price match the web rate of $117 (see picture) or prorate my move out. So, went with A1 storage for a 5x5 $159 including insurance. Set price for 3 months and gradual increase of 10% at 3 months then 10 months. Still way better price at A1. Was truly disappointed so I'm leaving and saving myself $100 month.

After speaking with both of these team members I felt more secure with my personal item being left at an establishment like this facility.
