5 stars for this storage location! I have storage units at several locations for business and this location gives superior service every time! I love that this storage is convenient and consistent with customer service. I wish that I could store all of my work materials at this storage. Special shout out to Peggy who is amazing and appears to love her job! read more

We have previously used storage units, and not had great experiences in the past. We were referred to this Public Storage by some friends because the facility is well maintained, and the staff is wonderful. When we got there, we were welcomed by a woman named Diane in the front office. She was very friendly, and patient while listening to what we wanted. Diane did a wonderful job showing us available units, and going over everything with us. Diane defiantly changed our minds about using a storage unit! If you are in the market for a storage unit, I would highly recommend using Public Storage, and working with Diane! read more

I stored my mother's belongings at this location for 5 years when I had to move her out of her house into assisted living. This location in particular was very convenient to get to, secure and clean! The communication with the staff has been very straight forward, friendly and efficient from the day I first moved in until the day I moved out. Diane helped me in the beginning and Peggy was equally as helpful and friendly at the end of my stay. Checking out of my unit was so quick and simple. Thank you for a clean, hassle-free storage experience! read more

The storage I got from Peggy is nice and fit my need! In the first month promotion(one dollar), I even got refunded (~2.5 dollars) for not staying for the full duration ! How great and reliable place it is, always search for Public Storage next time when you need it :) read more

This is definitely one of the better storage places that I've used. No carrying your stuff up flights of stairs, you can drive right up to your unit to load and unload, super easy! The manager, Peggy was super nice and the place was always clean. Would definitely go back there again! read more

I recently rented another unit here and I love the friendliness and helpfulness of Peggy and the staff. The facility is beautifully maintained with each unit having easy drive-up access. I definitely recommend public storage and this location in particular! read more

Public Storage on Terra Bella is fantastic, not only is the facility clean and safe, but the manager Peggy is incredibly friendly, goes above and beyond for her customers and she truly has made my families storage experience pleasant. She has stayed late when we needed to finish our moving and I get a sense that she really understands how difficult a move or having to store items can be, and she makes it as painless as possible. Great Customer service and I WILL ALWAYS refer people to this storage of Terra Bella! read more

We didn't tent storage here so can't say much about that. We have come here a few time to buy moving/packaging merchandise as we were doing home remodel. Lucky us that Peggy was there every time we come by. She's super friendly and helpful with everything. The location is convenient for us so we'll probably comeback here in the future. read more

Public Storage on Terra Bella Ave goes above and beyond -- more specifically, Peggy goes above and beyond. The company I work for uses this storage facility and last time we were there someone improperly latched the door. Peggy noticed this, during her daily morning walks of the grounds, and tried to contact us. She also went ahead and put an additional lock on the unit so it would be secure. The fact that Peggy checks on the storage units daily and went out of her way to secure our locker (she could have just left a message for us to secure it ourselves) makes me confident that the employees at public storage more than take their jobs seriously -- they care. I trust that our storage locker is safe and if something like this happens again, they will do everything they can to help. -Very appreciative and happy customer! read more

Storage place was big enough for my needs and affordable for the size of the spaces that I got. Peggy was very nice to deal with and made everything much easier. read more

Drove by this morning and there is a paper sign saying they changed their hours from 6am to 9pm to 9:30am to 6pm. Makes the place unusable for me. And after getting a good initial rate they have been raising it steadily. I'm moving out. Buyer beware. read more

This Public Storage is fantastic. Peggy runs a tight ship. The facility and the units are spotless and pristine and Peggy is efficient, extremely helpful, and friendly. Excellent experience. read more

I just ended a lease on a storage unit here, and I have to say the staff are great! I just used it for long term storage, and I never had problems until I was about to vacate my unit. I had canceled it online, but through something happening (maybe me, maybe the website, I'm not sure) I continued getting billed. Peggy, the woman working there when I came in to solve this, was exceptionally helpful, and managed to get my money refunded for the month I was no longer there. Basically, most storage places are pretty close to equal in terms of price, etc, but it's worth going here for the excellent staff! read more

Arrived from Austin yesterday. Stopped by for a look to see what's available and the completely friendly and accommodating Peggy gave up her lunch hour to show me what was available. Sadly, couldn't fit my stuff in any of her current spaces. She even took the time to find me a $1 special at another nearby Public Storage facility. Nice work! read more

Thinking about using Public Storage Co. facility? From a friend; 'Oh btw, did you hear Public Storage Terra Bella got robbed a row in the J Building units with latches cut open! And the Old Middlefield one got robbed ~20 units! And that one is all interior units. So MV has/is being hit too!' read more

From start to finish I had great service!! I definitely recommend getting help from a lady named Peggy. I was getting ready for a move and reserved my storage the night before and the next day Peggy called me and followed up that I will be coming to the Mountain View storage that day. When I arrived to the storage I was about 20 mins earlier than I said I would be and Peggy was kind enough to help me pick out the right storage while she was on her lunch. She made me feel comfortable and did not force or rush me into making a decision; she even gave her honest opinion of what size storage I should get. Overall Peggy was amazing. I only had the storage for less than a month and when it was moving day I was on a tight schedule and I couldn't let the office know that I was moving that day. I planned to come in the next few days to start the process of closing out my storage unit, but peggy was all over it. While moving Peggy gave me a phone call saying she noticed while doing her routine walk through that my storage had no lock and nothing was inside of it and if I was the one who took everything out. When I finally got back to her she was very helpful and helped me close out my storage all over the phone and made it very convenient for me while I was 2 1/2 hours away in another city. If you come to this location, I recommend looking out for Peggy! You will not be disappointed. read more

The first day I rented here, the Manager, Peggy had asked me to write a good review to make her boss happy. I erased it and I'm sorry that I lied. This is not what Yelp is for. So much drama here for the last three years. I just want to store my things. If I'm late on rent, please don't abuse me or play games. I'm paying the damn late fee. Let me through the damn gate to get to my unit. Legally they cannot lock me out of my unit for thirty days but they lock me out of the property. Asia, Peggy's relief refused to let me out of the gate. I asked her if she could unlock the gate for me and she refused and walked into her office, leaving me stuck inside. I had to wait quite a while for another customer to leave and I followed them out, same way I entered. Otherwise, I would have called the police and bothered them with nonsense. Asia apparently needs more training because by law she cannot lock me in or out for thirty days. And shame on Peggy for not leaving her notes when calling in sick. How can they get away with abusing their customers? How does that work? Hmmmm ..... A lawsuit? read more

I worked with both Peggy and Diana in moving in and out of this location. Both were knowledgeable and professional. It was easy moving in and out of my unit. The only suggestion I have is for Public Storage as a whole to be more upfront with the lock and required insurance fees when I reserve online - it was a bit of a shock, to see the extra $25 - $30 on my bill when it was finally time to pay. read more

Peggy was great! She was very patient with measuring and very quick with no pressure to assist with my nagging questions! Great price for drive up access! It compared well to the other locations in the area in price. I recommend this place to others! read more

$1 for the first month's rent - seems pretty good! Check for the online rates, they're better. Peggy was there to show me the units, which was a good thing, since I learned that the 10x14 that was available had 2 separate doors and didn't have a working light. In my experience, it's useful to have a light in your storage unit! This was the only place in the area that seemed to have full outside entrances, which is SO MUCH EASIER! Worth extra to be able to drive up and just offload your stuff, in my opinion. Thanks, Peggy! read more

As good as a public storage experience can get. They accommodated our sometimes atypical requests. $1 for the first month is hard to beat. Ask for Peggy, she'll hook you up! read more
