After EVERY visit to my storage unit, Public Storage sends me a survey about my visit and then nothing changes--the feedback goes into a black hole that no one reads or acts on. During this time my monthly rental fee has increased from $188/month to $254/month with zero improvement in service or care of the property. Outstanding Maintenance Issues: * Broken Loading Bay Doors * Occasionally out of order entry door * Magnetic door holder for heavy metal internal doors for moves are broken off and missing. * Fire exit sign has hung from the ceiling by its wires and is now just taped together. * There are zero moving carts in the portion of the building I use. * Security touchpads don't consistently have reception with my phone as entry key. * Out of service elevator. Look elsewhere, this place has nothing to offer you.
