CAUTION: I had parked my RV in this storage space for less than 3 days before my catalytic converter was stolen. Someone cut the fence right next to my RV, slid under, and snatched it. I saw no cameras pointed at my space, and beyond a refund, the storage admin didn't give me any restitution. They were very nice before and during this process, and the space was seemingly well kept besides that, but no financial support in the theft was a bummer. Be ready to find rat feces all over your stuff, be ready to have rodents tearing your bags and destroying all your stuff and then they make u get insurance that doesn't cover anything , the highest they cover is $200 and be ready to be on the phone for 1 hour almost 2 just for them to say , if something was destroyed they will only cover $200 . This place is horrible , they have a really bad rat problem and then the storages are the price of and arm and leg , so that your stuff can be partying with the rodents read more

It's easy access and the blue tooth works well on the gate. Everything seems under good surveillance. However, there are absolutely no carts to load your storage unit. This is extremely unfortunate. It does not matter what time you go or how busy it is. 0 carts exists and if they do maybe they are locked in everyone's storage unit so that they can ensure they have one to use... I had to purchase my own cart from harbor freight. I really think that's my big complaint. read more

Had to throw away many of my items because of rodent infestation. Found a dead rat inside my storage compartment when moving out. Insurance wouldn't cover ANYTHING if food was anywhere in the storage. What the hell is the insurance for? Be careful where u pick your storage too, because for mine, the ceiling broke and left more dust on my items. If you could, DO NOT put stuff on storage. AT ALL. read more

Good luck reaching out to them after you signed in. Their "direct " numbers don't work. They never pick up or return calls. Tried getting help from the toll free customer services, but they too refer you to them for help. Basically you are on your own and good luck running into someone in the office. read more

I reserved the perfect spot online. Unfortunately when I arrived, he wasn't interested in my reservation. I was told by a chubby guy (dk his name) there wasn't one available and there hadn't been for some time but I could try back the next morning. Not what you want to hear when you have a full U-haul outside and no backup plan. I called the next morning spoke with same guy who acted like i was a pest. I explained I had received a couple of confirmation emails for the current day. He said - the computer system had confirmed the space with 3 other people as well. If that were true, why would he not have contacted everyone to inform them. I had to pay for 2 additional days with U-haul because no one could bother to pick up the phone and let me know. He didn't even bother to apologize or try help me find an alternative location I definitely WOULD NOT recommend- to fellow yelpers but would recommend uhaul hire someone that is more capable. read more

If i could rate 0 I would. I had a storage in this facility for less than two months.. and someone broke in and stole pretty much all my things. They only have cameras in the front and not inside. I lost over ten grand worth of belongings and the insurance won't cover even 1/4 of what I lost. read more

Firstly, yes this facility has rats, per the other review. They are inside the actual units, which is a huge problem. They have done and will do nothing to mitigate this. Secondly, I have had a unit at this location for years and now would like to move out. Have had a dispute over my ex renting a new unit from them and because of this, dragged into the second of the month and they are charging an entire month's rent even though I am moving out and not using the space. I have also been charged $100 over the current advertised rate on the same size unit for over a year, so I would think they would be kind enough to stop robbing me and just let me move out. There is a reason this location has several vacancies and is dropping their price. The neighborhood is scary and staff incredibly unprofessional. If you try to complain to corporate all you get is a treat to be sent to collections Amir hung up on. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. read more

I stored my furniture and other items with these guys for 2 years and recently moved out. I was very pleased with the service I received during my time with them. They called every month to remind me when payment was due which helped me avoid late charges. They were very nice and easy to work with. When I moved out I forgot a piece of art that was wrapped in paper and blended in with the wood frame in my unit, fortunately for me Edson was right on it and called me immediate to alert me of this. He held on to my piece for a couple of days until I was able to drop by to get it. These guys are honest and great to work with. read more

This storage facility is pretty decent. Its fairly clean and hardly has any people around.

Wow the service was great. Place was really clean. The short girl was really nice to talk to. I believe her name might have been Mayra. She provided me with a quick and easy service. I would 10/10 recommend people to store their excess materials here because she seems very trust worthy. read more
