    I have no idea how this place has high reviews. It seemed clean/well maintained when I moved my stuff in. I had my stuff in the unit for 18 months. I came to move my stuff out last week and the movers discovered the back corner was infested by moths/moth larvae. Right away I went to inform management, thinking they would think this is a serious issue. The management has been completely unresponsive/unapologetic. They seemed completely unfazed...they weren't in a rush to call pest control....seeing how they've responded no wonder it became infested. Shouldn't they be worried about the pests spreading??? I lost two very special antique chairs, one was my great great grandmas. Do not store your valuables here.

    Updating this to further indicate this trash company. Roaches, spiders, lies about climate control. They lied and charged my card earlier than due date. Literally have proof from bank with dates and they just continue to "deny ". I was never sent a contract by mail or email. No knowledge of a late fee being a percentage of price. I abhor this company. I am a chef and caterer and need to get my items and they won't let me into my OWN unit. When people go ape shit crazy on someone then people want to try to de escalate but not when things are are a much mild level. I literally CANNOT STAND THIS COMPANY and I DID NOT CHOOSE THEM!! I was forced to use them due to them buying out the previous company that I never had 1 problem with. This is by far the absolute worse storage experience I have ever had and I've been using storage units die over 20 years. I never chose this company. Storquest is who I chose and sadly this company took over and I've had nothing but issues since. I never had 1 issue prior to this takeover. Since they have been here I've had my auto pay canceled and then constant issues to have my card saved which then leads to late fees. Every month there's an issue and initially I liked Rosa but she has turned into the absolute worse person to interact with. Their systems were down and I had movers which is expensive. It took 30-45 min to get a code that actually worked which cut into my move time. They lied telling me the whole ordeal was 6 min. There's so much I want to say right now/ I def lost my cool because I abhor liars and their lack of customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Their systems are constantly not working. How when this not even once happened prior to their arrival. I was attempting to move into a larger unit only to discover a massive air duct in the unit That they Didn't even know about themselves. It took away nearly 5 feet and they still wanted to charge the same

Elevator always broken. 4. Not enough moving carts . 5. Again, the people who work here do not know anything... from the call center to the employees in the office. They are always losing people because of how unorganized and how terrible this company truly is. I strongly advise not renting. I wish I knew this information before renting but just trust me when I say do your research first any storage unit. Now I understand the importance of a good storage unit and if you are here, get your things out asap! The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. Finally, after 4 days I got them to schedule a time. To add insult to injury, they showed up over 2 hours late to that scheduled time too. Horribly unprofessional, will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I didn't mind the delay. But the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. I had to sleep on an air mattress and stay at friend's places, without any knowledge of where my stuff was or when it was coming.

The crew that arrived didn't match the photos from previous positive reviews, which makes me wonder if there has been a recent change in management or staff. First, the team seemed to lack basic moving experience. They struggled to use standard tools, and it took an unusually long time to disassemble our bed frame. To make matters worse, one of the movers actually broke the frame while trying to take it apart. Because they charge by the hour, their inexperience with the tools not only resulted in damaged furniture but also cost us extra money in delays. Eventually, my husband had to step in and help them finish taking the bed apart just to keep things moving. Second, the overall pace was extremely slow, which was especially frustrating since we had already prepped and packed all of our small items into boxes beforehand. For comparison, a previous moving company we hired sent only two movers who efficiently assembled and disassembled our furniture, finishing the entire job in under six hours. In contrast, this company sent a crew of three movers, yet it still took them over 10 hours. Even though they spent all that extra time wrapping the remaining pieces, the actual handling wasn't careful. Much of my furniture arrived covered in severe dirt that won't wash off. Worse, a box containing fragile glassware was completely crushed. As you can see in the attached photo, the box was re-taped over the crushed area, which suggests the damage was noticed during the move but not communicated to us.
