Since I rented a space here I have been hassled with THREATS of public liens on my property even if I get the bill caught up. I was two weeks late. Stay away from this place! If you forget a payment you won't ever see your stuff again. Two weeks late and they threaten me, I won't have access to my things even if I pay! Huge late charges. They also have not fixed the deadly dangerous front sidewalk. It is non-ADA and I fell off it in my wheelchair causing injury to both my knees. They used to have great people working here. I originally chose this facility because price wise, public storage is much more cost effective than other storage companies, and everyone was raving about how wonderful the manager, Regina is. Well I can attest to the fact that she truly is a wonderful manager and my experience moving all of my stuff into storage went so smoothly thanks to her! She made sure to quickly activate my elevator code (you have to show ID the first time so they know it's you) and made sure I knew where my unit was and could operate the elevator. A very good facility, was easy to sign up, with good communication from the staff and online. The space itself is large, clean, accessible and much better than my prior space with another company. The app is also easy to use and quite handy. My only issue is that the staff promised to let me know if a larger space became available, which it did, but they gave it away without notifying me because another customer who signed up after me pressured them. I rented from this location between 2012-2015. my unit was robbed. no cameras, no proof. at least protect what's inside. cameras are a must. never put jewelry inside. they don't care; they don't even do walks through the building to check locks to make sure it's all locked up. read more

I was totally robbed. After 13 years of paying on time. Lock was taken off and put back on after my priceless sports memorabilia was all taken. No cameras, no security! They take no responsibility of this negligence and lack of caring at all!!! 23Units on my floor we also robbed last month!!! They have 100's of lawsuits against them all over the country. My unit was on the 2nd floor at Sawtelle and Olympic. Inside job. If you EVER put your things in a storage, be extra careful and try to set up a camera. Good luck and DO NOT GO THERE!!! This place is great!! Clean, temperature controlled and secure. Regina went above and beyond to find us a great unit that was perfect for our needs. She really made the process simple and easy! While I was there I also watched Breanna do a lock check- making sure all the floors were secured. These gals are great. Renting a storage unit and moving stuff in isn't something we looked forward to, but our experience at this location has been fantastic so far. I made a reservation online and was called right away about making an appointment to come in. We were able to come in the same day and we were greeted by the lady that called. Her name is Regina and she is amazing. She actually made our experience of getting a storage space enjoyable. She has a whole lot of personality that is so positive it just makes you smile, and she is very thorough in explaining everything to you. She also called a couple weeks after to check up and see if we had any questions. This location has plenty of parking and it's easy to get to. Bathroom has been out of toilet paper & on occasion lock didn't work, a/c is not maintained so it is very hot when you go to retrieve or deliver something to your unit. Considering the high fees and constant price increases, some money should be used to maintain. read more

AND if you didn't bring your own lock, it's a whopping $16 for a chunk of metal If you're late on the payment by just 1 day, $30 late fee Oh guess how much the second smallest unit is after the first month? $200 If you move out one day late, they won't waive anything, they'll just charge you! This review is for the actual storage store that sells supplies for packing and shipping! Stopped by to pick up supplies to help protect my husbands surfboard since he was planning on checking in his board for his international boarding trip. There's only one guy working the store and he was very helpful in helping us buy what we needed and help explain which product to use and also how to use it. At the end we got this plastic wrapping roll to help protect his board and it was much more affordable than what we initially was planning on buying which was a cloth cover and taping it. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out of this place! read more

4 stars because they will not let me access the 1st floor bathroom. This is stupid and needs to be changed. Especially those that need unit access after hours!!! Common management, no point in locking a door that accesses locked units. Let us all use the restroom. I would even pay extra to get a code to use it!!!! But 5 stars for the awesome, friendly, great human being named Regina. This girl needs a promotion!!!!! If you call, ask for her. Super friendly and funny. I came in about 4 times and even waiting the 4th time to see her since she was off one of the days I needed to come. Awesome service and knew her stuff and very professional. Really easy process overall! I've rented at other storages but this location was much more seamless. Multiple moving carts, two large working elevators, automatic doors and, most importantly, the staff is incredibly nice. Riley (Rylee?) helped us and she was very sweet and helpful in explaining what to do and we were able to get in and out quick! On top of this, too, their bathroom inside is very clean. We've been traveling all day and it was by far the nicest bathroom we've been at. Good stuff! read more
