I reserved the unit online. I was able to use a lock I had purchased at another storage facility that I had used previously. The manager refunded the lock fee expeditiously. I rented the unit for over a year with no issues. Love using the app to get in/out of the gates. So much better than punching in codes. Check out day comes and the key breaks off in the lock. The manager went out of her way to help me on a Saturday, the last day of the month, to get the lock cut off so I could get the locker cleared out. It would have cost me a small fortune to have a locksmith cut it off. It would have been cheaper to keep the locker another month. Between the manager and the employee who cuts the locks, they went above and beyond for me today! The next time I need a unit, I will use Public Storage! read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY I give this facility ZERO stars. I rented a unit from this facility & needed a lock so I bought a lock from them, i went into my unit yesterday & found my $5,000+ mountain bike had been stolen. When I called the police to file a police report Anita (girl from front desk & also girl I purchased lock from at front desk) wouldn't allow me to go to my unit with her & the police officer because I was 1 day late on paying my bill saying "technically you are trespassing & we can press charges for trespassing if you go back there" (RED FLAGS ARE RAISED). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY, I believe she had a spare key to that lock or picked the lock after gate hours & stole my bike. I believe it was an inside job so I wouldn't rent from this facility OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC STORAGE FACILITY, if you value your property as I do i WOULDN'T RENT FROM THEM.......EVER read more

Absolutely terrible experience renting here. The roof leaked above my unit and ruined all my stuff. In fact right now I still have a mattress in there that's full of MOLD that I need to dispose of. I really don't want to move a mattress full of MOLD to my house just to throw it out. Basically I was told even though THEIR roof leaked on all my stuff and ruined it they are not responsible and if I want them to dispose of the mattress then the cost is $250.00. Amazing they cause my loss and then they won't even provide any help, they want to stick it to me further. You would think they wouldn't want a mattress full of MOLD in their center where it may affect customers with a sensitivity to MOLD but I guess their concern is $$$ not whether the MOLD circulates all through their center. Their insurance is a joke, I paid for the insurance and guess what, that's another way they stick it to you. They'll only pay you a percentage of what it cost to replace your items, in some cases as low as 10%. My $50.00 blender I got $8.00, the MOLDY mattress which I only used for 6 months I got 60% of what I paid for it. On my photo albums I got totally screwed, I was asking for the cost to have them reprinted, I got NOTHING, don't ask me why but photos are not covered. Almost everything on the claim form was depreciated so I received nowhere near what it costs to replace the stuff. I imagine all storage centers have similar policies so you may want to seriously look at selling your stuff or looking at other options for storing it before renting a storage space. read more

Property managers Kelly and Sally were accommodating, very upfront about charges and provided complete info re area, access codes and materials that might be needed for the move. read more

Snow removal inadequate, only one path plowed between units. Bring a shovel to get to your unit. Main entrance key pad access cleared other key pad exit points snow bound and not cleared. read more

I checked in yesterday and they were very thorough with the details of my storage unit; they showed the unit, provided me all the access points, went over the contract in complete detail and were extremely helpful and insightful during my visit! SHAME on you Public Storage for raising your rates during Covid 19!!

Customer service is horrendous. All they want is your money. Rented a unit for a few months while I moved down to Texas. Opened on Jul 28th and paid the first month. By August 12th there was a late fee placed on my account for $28 and by Aug 31st the fee was close to $100. My wife has called ten times and even went into the location as her and my girls are still up north, they refuse to talk to her. When I finally got through on the phone I was told too bad, move if you want. Kelly the manager there offers the same type of customer service you would get at a tow yard "we have your stuff, pay your bill or it's ours". I have no problem paying the bill but not fraudulent charges. When explained to Kelly if the account was fixed we would continue our relationship there or we would move, her response was "go ahead". Renters beware. They sneak charges in and change your billing date. read more

The staff was helpful and friendly. We had been having a stressful move and our house was not ready, our movers were not being helpful and refused to pull their truck into the facility to allow us to use an indoor storage unit. The staff was so accommodating and helped us when we needed an additional unit. Our belongings were not damaged by water/pests/etc. The units stayed dry and clean. read more

Outrageous rent increases once you're in their storage. Mine increased from $140/month to $198 in a 3 yr period. They are going to $214 in 6 months. Once they get you they really abuse you. read more
