Was not notified that the STORE MANAGER "accidently" charged another renters card on my account 6/4/25 and they did not make the correction until 7/18/25, causing my account to appear pass due. I was not made aware of any of this until I login in to pay my bill and saw that it was pass due. My bill does not come out until the 13th of each month and since the error was not corrected until the 18th everything looked fine on my end. The store did not tell me about this error until I had to call them and ask what was going on. At first I was told I called and requested them to reverse my June payment and they would only do that if I requested them too. I told them that I did not call and make that request because it does not even make sense. The team member said they would look into and hung up on me. I called back and was told by the same team member about the error and that I needed to pay for June still. The next day I had my dad go in person to resolve the matter since I am out out town. He called me and we were both told by one of their male team member about the error that was made by the STORE MANAGER and that he would request for a credit on my account. Later that day the reginal manager called me and told me about the error and that I needed to pay for June. I told her what I was told by the team member. She told me she was going to call me back but never did. I reached out the their twitter page about the lack of communication and misinformation. They did called me back and said the credit was disapproved and that I still had to pay. I am extremely disappointed in there customer service because I was not notified by anyone on their team about this. It is highly unfair that I as the customer is being made to fix their mistakes which is the reason I'm missing a payment in the first place. And then to find out it was the STORE MANAGER would made the mistake lets me know that the staff is not properly trained on how to do their jobs. I do not feel safe with my belongs there because I was not left with any reassurance that this matter will not happen again. Also how do I know if this is not a regular occurrence. It unprofessional as a business to conduct themselves this way. It comes off like they use renters payments to pay for other renters.
