Not to mention the elevator is also almost always broken. There are homeless people walking in or around the building, it doesn't feel the a 'Secure Space' at all! There's always trash in the hallways, I see the front desk lady cleaning sometimes but she clearly needs help. Not to mentioned they continuously raise the rent price on the unit. I started paying around $50 (first month discount), to $99, now I'm paying almost $150 and it hasn't even been 6 months. Just don't come here.

Okay, that's understandable, but the old employee no longer is at our company, and the management here would not help us at all unless we brought her in. It took us FOREVER to even get them to agree to this. Beyond that, the exit gate has been broken for months, there is one bathroom here which is almost always out of soap, the staff is rarely on-site even during normal operations, and there is a STRONG mildew smell throughout the building. The only redeeming factors are the security, cleanliness, and layout. Aside from that, I'd steer clear.

The team was efficient, respectful, and understanding of the hot mess of a move we had for them - lots of packing help with not a lot was ready to go, plus some unexpected furniture moving that required disassembly/reassembly. They came right about 15 minutes after the end of the arrival window which actually worked out well so we could prepare more for them, but overall everything was faster than they/we estimated which is great when you're paying by the hour. They used supplies we had bought from Home Depot and Amazon, plus their own for the wardrobe and other big things. One glass jar was broken in the unpacking process and they were quick to apologize and clean it up the best they could. While they ask customers to leave a review (totally understandable), I appreciate that they don't incentivize for them nor do they demand 5 stars. We'll be calling for them again, no doubt. Every day after that, I called them and they told me it was being delayed by a further day. They never reached out to me to tell me or to schedule a new time. I had to reach out to them every time. Finally, after 4 days I got them to schedule a time. To add insult to injury, they showed up over 2 hours late to that scheduled time too. Horribly unprofessional, will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I didn't mind the delay. But the complete lack of communication was unacceptable. I had to sleep on an air mattress and stay at friend's places, without any knowledge of where my stuff was or when it was coming.

She went as far as to accommodate an elderly cuatomer as they were not versed with Apps and e-mail. Even though availability was an issue, she quickly found an alternative by secring our needs in a different location only a few blocks way. We Javier there and lit it up with good service as well. The POS system was totally glitching and would not release our order from a 'Reserved to a "Paid" status. It was worked on and the situation was eventually resolved. The floors were swept and cleaned and there was adequate lighting through the premises.

I've been here since Jan 2021 and Ashley was a breath of fresh sunshine air, even during the pandemic has always been so helpful, and keeps you updated, especially when moving or storing your belongings at a place where she really made me and I'm sure others very secure, and very responsive and caring. This is literally the maybe first or 2nd I've actually ever written. Thanks Ashley your the best! Michael deff recommend this public storage out of the many I've had. Just watch out for the address it's a bit tricky i believe it's on W Jefferson & Somerset dr, but might say west Adams on some apps.
