So in approximately seven months, my rent has gone from $125 to $210, a 68% increase overall, with two separate increases in less than a year. I understand that the rental agreement allows for rate adjustments with proper notice. However, two increases totaling 68% within approximately seven months is extremely excessive and reinforces my concern that this is simply not a reasonable way to treat a new customer. I've asked the manager to please reconsider this rate increase and I was completely ignored. I will be moving out. This place is terrible.
