This facility scams paying customers out of their storage units. I had a unit that I paid faithfully for over a year. I purchased the unit after I had a house fire. The facility increased the amount of the unit a few months back. I overlooked the email alert about the change in pricing. Still they continued to receive my monthly payments. The payments were now $25 short and began to accumulate an access amount of $214. I called and told them I was on my way to pay for the unit and understood moving forward the price adjustment. An hour later I show up to pay in full and I'm told my unit was auctioned and picked up!!! I spoke with the district manager Dan who was completely defensive, condescending and non empathetic to my situation. This should have never took place! People are so desensitized in this world. All I had left after a fire and you take that too! He said he would see if I could BUY back my unit! It's a disgusting way to operate a business. Sell a unit over a minor oversight and misunderstanding.Don't store anything at this facility read more

It was clean and online reservations mad it so.much easier. My only issue is this location and the one located further down the street. They close and lock the gate so you can't have access like all the other PS facilities qhike the employees are on the property. This is an inconvenience. But will have to deal with it. I started renting a unit from here on march 2017 and this is not a good place to do business with. The staff here are very rude, most of the time when you call the actual storage facility no one hardly answers the phone. They charge a 50 late lee which is excessive. Needed quick short term storage for my college daughters dorm room contents with the sudden closing of her University. Public storage had a great price and the facility is reasonably clean and kept up. Manager was a really nice guy and very helpful. This is not the closest Public Storage to me, but I'm glad it's the one I went with! My mom, who made the reservation, said that the person she talked to (not sure who it was) was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly, and she commented that she wished everyone she had to deal with could be like that. My mom actually double-booked reservations at two Public Storage sites, and the staff here was very helpful and understanding about getting the issue resolved, with no hassle for me, who was as confused as they were! I was helped by Clintoine, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Henry was there, and while he was not helping me, was also very friendly. From my experience and what else I heard going on, they are not interested in trying to upsell you on bigger units than you actually need, or insisting you stick with them even if they don't have exactly what you need. Rather, they take pains to make sure you get what you pay for, pay for what you need and nothing superfluous, and will refer you to other Public Storage locations if they feel like it will work better for your situation, even if their site loses the business. The customer service here was very good, and the facility seems very conveniently set up, which, I guess, at the end of the day, is also geared toward great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone in the area, and would use them again. read more
