I forgot his entire name, provided me with a slew of information, he was very informative, respectful, and courteous. Displaying professionalism and quality driven customer service skills. I came back and dealt with Lynise when I was ready to move in. She went over the unit size to ensure I would get the perfect size for my needs. She went over the prices and searched to find promotions that I may be eligible to receive. Both representatives gave a tour. During the tour I found the facility neat and clean. The also gave me comfort that my belongings would be safe and secure at this gated facility where they provide you a code to get pass the gate and inside of the building. It's a 5 story facility consisting of small, medium, and large units inside with a four car garage that provides shelter from the elements while loading or unloading your vehicle. There are also outside units to drive up to as well and they give you an option of long term or short term rental with no contract is or obligation. They have packing products in stock for purchase but they do not provide any dumpsters for waste material. They also have about four parking spots and one handicap parking spot at the entrance. Cube smart does have price hikes, just find out when and how often. My experience was good and they do ask for a review on Google!

They lure you in with a deal and then will raise your rate by at least 100 dollars a year. The storage unit industry is not regulated so they basically can and will raise your rate whenever they want. To top it off, I found ants in my unit. The front desk guy brushed it off and told me that "a lot of orientals store food in the units" and there's nothing they can do. I will say some of the staff are nice. They are overworked and are only there half a day as they are expected to finish a shift at another location. Clearly the company is cheap and treats their staff like garbage. Well, there's something I can do and I did. I moved out. Good riddance.

Further, when I return said shirts with the mysterious spots all over them, please don't tell me that it is "oil" and then try to charge me for re-cleaning them. The spot comes out if *I* use a Tide pen, so it is something that happened at the cleaners, not my car on the ride home, still wrapped in plastic. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
