Hall Lane was able to help me get my self together and ask me questions to try to determine my needs. I spoke with them only by phone and they were able to email me all of the documents to electronically sign which was so quick and easy! The day of the move the movers arrive about 15 minutes before they were supposed to start so they could assess the space and what was going to be moved. I'm a morning person so I appreciated the early start! Everything moved was wrapped and packaged with care including a 75" TV and an old antique hutch. They were done moving and securing the furniture on the truck in about an hour and 30 minutes. They arrived to the new house in a timely fashion and were done unloading everything in about an hour and 15 min. They even separated the labled boxes and dropped them in the corresponding room. Everything arrived in one piece with no damages and the guys were respectful of the property on both ends of the move. They were fast, friendly and got the job done under the time that was expected! TERRIBLE We booked…read morea storage unit with Extra Space Storage as we needed somewhere to keep our bags for a month as we go travelling. I specifically asked the salesperson over the phone can we access this unit at 8pm as we need to drop our bags and head to the airport. He said absolutely, of course you can, our facilities are open all night. We took a $100 uber from the city to the building and upon arrival discovered that there was no access to the building. We tried to access it for half an hour, whilst ringing customer service trying to see if we could access our storage unit, we were told, the salesperson should not have told you that you could access your unit at 8pm as we are closed. We now have to find somewhere to drop off 6 massive bags before our flight which is in 2 and a half hours or else we are going to miss it. As of now, we are going to have to miss our flight and spend another couple of hundred dollars between us to try reorganise it for tomorrow until we find somewhere to keep our bags which we will have to spend more money on as well. We are also losing a day of travel and a night in our hotel. Ultimately costing us over $1,000 and ruining our travels. Do NOT rent a storage unit with this company.

They even went as far as clearing the entire lot of debris from the trees.. we just had some heavy winds and rains so there was A LOT to pick up. The contract was clear and fair. They also have carts readily available for customer use which is wonderful. A place I used a couple years back would chain theirs off so you'd have to sign it in and out each time and took an additional 20 mins to be able to use.
