I've used 3 different Public Storage units over the past 17 years. Always had a great experience. Location is clean and kept clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is very secure requiring a code to access the building and the elevators. The code will only allow you to get to your floor which makes me feel even more secure. If I have a need in the future to use them again, I would definitely come to PS for my storage needs. read more

There is never anybody working there and they have the biggest Vernon problem ever! they destroyed half of my storage locker and they claim they're not responsible and if you get insurance, the only cover $250 worth of damage. read more

I had looked at another storage location but chose this one because it seemed quiet and has a nice sized parking lot. Price wise I felt it was a bit much - even with the discounted rate I believe I paid 80$ for both months I rented. That's hefty, and I had to buy their lock ? So now I have a 20$ lock I guess ? It was semi - convenient , I signed up over the one while I sat in the parking lot because there wasn't a rep on site at the time. The process for renting a unit was wonderful and stress free. The facility manager Joara was great. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. When you speak with her, you can tell that she cares about the customer and tries to alleviate any concerns. It was a pleasure to deal with her. Also, Anthony took the time to walked me thru the gate access app and explained the correct way to lock the unit as well as any safety precautions when closing the unit. Finally, the facility is very clean and the storage unit I rented was spotless. I like the idea that your access is restricted to your floor only and not to the entire building. Can't say I have anything else to compare it to, as this place has been the only storage facility that I have ever used. It is clean and temperature controlled - which is nice, and I always felt safe there - for me and the crap I kept there. As another reviewer mentioned, there aren't enough carts for customer use - you have to leave your license with the office to use one, which is a pain. I had a 15x15 foot unit and it was expensive. My fee was going up to $300 a month next month (after almost 2 years there) and I finally got all my stuff out last week. Time for a garage sale! :) I would recommend this place to anyone who HAS TO store their stuff for a SHORT period of time. I repeat: HAS TO. As for me, my experience with this place has taught me that storage facilities (in general) just wind up leeching your money away in the long run :( - no fault of this place. read more

If I could do zero stars I would! I have literally never written a review but I feel the need to warn people about this place. First they were pushy for us to write a "good review " when we first signed up without any experience . THEN after LESS than 6 months they almost DOUBLED our price! We were told it was due to "demand" which is BS because we found our size unit for less in many places. There is mouse shit everywhere and they lie and say they are "nat flies". Unless there was a swarm of bugs that swallowed the place whole- that isn't true. I am still cleaning mouse shit off our stuff. The staff is lazy as shit and barely leave the office. They busted our moving companies about holding the door open, so when we saw another one literally holding the door open with a stick the so called "manager" said she had "already told them twice " but didn't even get up to do anything. Save your money! Stay away from this place!!! We couldn't get our stuff out fast enough!!!!!! read more

It is what it is Public Storage, the employees are helpful. Not enough carts, but the building is nice and pretty safe with alarms on all the units. And you need a code to use the elevator which is good. I had a unit on the 3 floor, when I removed my Christmas tree last year their was a mouse nest in the middle of it luckily no mice though. Pest control is something that needs to be improved. read more

Team there is super helpful and friendly. Maria and Marguerite were real knowledgable and made the rental set up easy. I wish the facility was better lit at night. We moved stuff in at the loading dock after dark and we had a hard time seeing. None of the outdoor light were on. Our movers drove passed the facility because they could not see it. read more

I am right now in the process of getting a unit at this location and so far the experience has been great. I have visited the property twice and both times Trini has been very helpful showing me different units and explaining the operations of the place. I will be renting a unit in the coming weeks and the staff has been very accomadating in assisting me with choosing the right unit and placing it on reserve while I finalize my move. Amazing experience. By amazing, I mean that I am amazed at how many things have gone wrong at this place. Firstly, they charge you extra for insurance against water damage. Why would I need that you ask? I'll tell you why: because the pipes in their building burst. Their negligence = your cost. The rest of the story is something like this: "PS: I'm sorry our pipes leaked all over your stuff - you have to throw half of it away - and by the way we are raising your rent 16% (this was in the 1st 6 months!)". If you're looking for a likely small payout in a class action lawsuit, Public Storage should come through for you. Oh and they have plenty of roaches to snack on. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The unit was clean enough and I liked that you need a code for the elevator which prevents people from just wandering around the building as they please. The area near the back loading dock had lights but they were never turned on making it dark and hard to see when loading or unloading stuff. Its the lighting issue that makes me only give it 3 stars as it seems something simple enough for them to do to improve safety and security. I was often there in the evening hours as we were moving stuff into storage and that lack of light definitely made me nervous as a female alone. read more

I have never stored my items in a storage unit but the facility was clean, the size of the unit was ok and it seems fairly secure. The customer service was outstanding - when I made the reservation online, a facility manager immediatedly called and had me list the items to be stored in detail to ensure I had the correct size. Their employees are very helpful and courteous so my moving in process was quite seamless. I am completely satisfied with Public Storage and would recommend them to anyone I know who has any storage needs. read more
