Wow. Wasn't really expecting to love getting a storage unit, considering everything seems to be a hassle these days. Ennio is the MANager and storQuest is the place that he made everything a pleasure. A 5x10 came out to approx 200$ for 3 months in a great Location that is well taken care of, climate controlled and secure. Ennio went out of his way to make us happy and deserves a medal for dealing with my wife. His Customer service and professionalism is a huge asset to this company and such a relief at a time when no one seems to remember that the customer should come first. Thank you! read more

I used this StorQuest Self Storage facility for a little over a year. This facility prioritized storage safety and had high standards in their security measures which is why I chose to use their storage facility in the first place. It is monitored by 24-hour digital surveillance. It is also climate-controlled and is open 7 days a week. My only wish is that it provided regularly scheduled pest control. Other than that the storage facility was great for me and when I no longer needed to use the facility canceling my monthly payments was hassle-free! read more

After a very stressful life change, my husband and I chose the Westbury Railroad Avenue location to have all of our lifes belongings LOL I came in in the middle of the week to see their facility and met with Ennio their representive. He was so patient and pleasant to deal with that I was learning to use their facilities or another that was actually cheaper. The day that my husband and I moved our belongings into their facilities we found the process to be Swift and seamless. He already knew what we were looking for so while my husband and Friends unloaded our truck I was able to get my paperwork done. He was kind enough to show them storage unit first so we didn't waste much time. I am so happy I choose this location, it really was because of the Ennio. Thank you for your service!!! Had a 10x5 unit that was perfect for my needs. The staff at the front desk was was very accommodating in finding us a unit that was wide enough to accommodate all my belongings. Excellent storage facility. I'm am currently moving from another facility to be closer to my office (in town) and this facility is like night and day. Clean, convenient, well run, and temperature controlled for comfort. Everything my previous facility was not. The front desk person I worked with (Khadija) at the Westbury Store Quest Self Storage was pleasant, well informed and professional. A real pleasure to deal with. Warning on storing your stuff in this storage facility. I paid over $450 a month for a temp control unit. Only to find out when I moved out 6 months later, mold was growing on the pipes above the unit and on the walls. Some of the mold transferred to my furniture. I took pictures. After I moved out, I called the manager on call and he said it was too late to do anything because I already moved out. But I have pictures and I told him to go there and look up at the pipes. Mold was on the pipes And down the wall. He said I should of not moved out my stuff and called them. Meanwhile I hired movers by the hour. I wasn't about to stop so I can prove to them there was mold. It was obvious! They did not compensate or help me in anyway. They said it was too late because I moved out already. I called the same day i moved out. I will not recommend this storage facility because its not temp controlled and they don't care about the consumer. read more

Excellent experience! My husband and I made a reservation on a Friday, to store our things the following day. I received a confirmation call shortly after submitting my request online, and when we arrived the next morning, the unit was ready. Customer service was excellent, and the agent (Khadija) who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are extremely clean and well-cared for. Very easy access, as you can drive up to the elevator to unload your belongings (much appreciated on a snowy day!); they have carts available as well. They prices are very reasonable, and better than similar or smaller units in the area. I am very happy with this facility! read more

Absolutely disgusting experience. Went to my unit 2 months ago & my belongings were fine. Went to move my things out & found mice feces all over the floor of my unit. Only to find it was all over my things. My mattress & couch were ruined. The insurance affiliated with the storage unit is trash. The storage unit also requires you to get rid of the disgusting things & pay to dump it. To say I am disappointed is a complete understatement. Horrible experience to say the very least. Ellywn was courteous, professional, and all around good guy. He explained all the fees and the overall fine print which most places tend to overlook to get you to sign. My initial experience with this facility was very good. The woman who processed my storage transaction was very personable, customer-focused, and thorough when it came to giving the tour and providing options. The person identified as the manager at the Westbury location though. . . . I was in need of more than one storage space, so naturally, I returned to the same location. There was a promotion posted on the company website indicating that the first month rental was $1. Long story short, the Manager refused to honor the publicly advertised promotion, and advised his employees not to as well. They blamed the corporate/call center for not removing the promotion. I called the call center to confirm that there was a promotion. The rep even reserved a space honoring the $1 promotion, and sent the info to the Westbury outlet. It was refused by the location. When I called corporate, I was advised to log a complaint with the District Manager, which I did via VM. This second interaction with the location took place Memorial Day. I have yet to hear from the DM. In the meantime, I booked storage space with their competitors; Public Storage and Safeguard. Both companies were/are running the same promotion, and they processed my transactions in an efficient, service-oriented manner, and with integrity. I even received a surprise credit from Safeguard Storage for the cost of the lock ($17.95/$12 less than StorQuest locks btw) as a courtesy! To sum up, a penny-wise/pound foolish decision to not honor a national promotion cost Storquest 2 more long-term rentals of large storage units . . . C'est la vie! read more

The facility is good and safe The workers are nice and helpful. My only gripe is with billing; I've been there for six months and now they're raising my storage fees because they claim that their rent went up. It's a brand new place they built from the ground up not so long ago so I doubt this is true. I wouldn't mind so much if my contract didn't stipulate that they can raise my rent each year, which means it's going to go up again in another six months. I will be looking for another storage place when that happens. read more

I'm very disappointed in this facility and its management. I rarely frequent my unit, I paid a visit to pick up an item after about 4 months only to find animal droppings on my items. Frightened by the sight of the droppings I closed the unit door and left without taking what I came in for. Management was unavailable as I came in earlier than the office hours. I called once I knew the office was opened and explained what happen. The young lady on the phone stated that there was a problem with rodents and mgmt was aware. She then tells me that an incident report would need to be completed. My biggest issue is the lack of communication to the tenants about the problem. Had I received notice I would have made plans accordingly and not entered the unit blindly. Im furious as I'm afraid to access my items. It's been days since I called and no one has contacted me. I made the rep aware that I was afraid to enter the unit because of my discovery. I would not recommend this location to the manner in which they are handling this matter. read more

my brother john who had a storage unit at the west babylon storquest passed away on 01/01/2022. i went to the location to tell them about his passing and that i was the administrator of his estate. i come to find out ..his room mates daughter had gone in a week pryor and was able to get the unit transferred into her name by the employee dave. after calling the regional manager jeannette mejias and taling to employees glen and dave , i was assurred the unit was double locked and the passcode they gave to the scamming other party was no longer valid. they all told me, mr kuehl.. "i promise you.. nobody can get into the unit unless we let them in". well... i went to unit to get my brothers belongings to find out the person mitzi torres had emptied the locker and it was on their security footage. now jeanette mejias tells me... thers nothing she can do, the storquest legal department says i have to file a suit in small claims court. not only are the same employees dave and glen still working there.. no one can explain.... "how with the passcode being changed and the unit being double locked can someone steal my dead brothers belongings".. not only has this company failed my family i believe it has to be an inside robbery. the pain and suffering me and my family experienced with storquest is nothing i would have expected from any company. we will have our day in court with them.. read more

The staff was terrific and showed me around the facility so I could choose the best size storage unit for my needs.
