The Granville Station wasn't too far away, so I called and made a reservation. I had an equipment malfunction that morning, and I was about to call Joe to explain when he called me. Let me state here, Joe is a great guy, easy to work with and customer oriented. He suggested a workaround for the issue and I was soon on my way. I can't say enough about Joe's attention to customer service. If I find myself in need of a truck or trailer again, Joe at Grandville Station will be my go-to guy.

Karen gave me a 10' × 20' and then a discount on a 10' × 10' if i needed it. I didn't end up needing it, and she refunded me right away. It's pretty's much a one-woman show, but she has it very organized. I even got a thank you letter. Only odd thing is that the office is on the west side of the interstate but the actual units are on the east side. But that's not really an issue. She has many cameras on the units and goes back and forth all the time. The units have high ceilings and were very clean. There is a stack of wood pallets you can use to keep your stuff off the floor, but it seemed the snow was melting away from the doors. Better safe than sorry though. The movers had no problem navigating their trucks to the unit. This was my first experience with self storage, and it was a good one. I wish all my moving needs went this well.
